Yes you can just replace the headlight bulbs. First you have to take out the cover by the battery. Then unscrew the cover by the radiator and simply lift it up to take it off. The light bulbs are visible at this time.

Remove the trim panel over the inside of the tail light. Unplug the connector and remove the three 10mm nuts affixing it to the body of the car. Pull outwards from the rear of the vehicle and reverse order obviously for installation. The top nut is tricky to get, you may want to slightly loosen it with a wrench because of clearance, and spin it off the rest of the way by hand.

Very simple. After you have safely raised & supported the rear of your IS & removed the wheels, you will see a through-pin on the outer edge of the caliper. Remove the pins' retainer clip & pull the pin to the outside direction. This will free up the anti-rattle clip which is a single piece for both pads. Then simply pull the pads up & out of the caliper. There should be two anti-squeak shims behind each pad. Depending on the brand & quality of your replacement pads, you may need to clean & reuse those shims. I recommend you always purchase new shims & anti-rattle hardware. But if you're 'on the cheap' & they aren't broken, should be OK to clean & reuse. Use a small wire brush to clean out the area of the calipers where the pads sit in. You will also need to push both pistons back into their bores of the caliper to allow room for the new, thicker pads. A large flat screwdriver will accomplish this easily. It may be easier to loosen the master cylinder cap to allow to fluid to more quickly flow back into the cylinder.

Assembly is the opposite of what you've just done. Pretty simple really. No need to remove or unbolt the caliper on this design.

Assuming you mean headlight bulb, you can get them at many places. See sources and related links below for a very simple and fast solution.

First, you need to find it. Under the hood it will either just be in plain sight, or under a panel, probably with a plus and minus sign on it. Once you find it, take off the leads. There should be a bolt you can un-tighten and if you can't get those undone then a fair amount of wiggling should do the trick. Remember, these feeds will not shock you as long as you don't touch both at the same time. After you have the leads off, there might be a bolt or a couple bolts that hold the battery down. When you have it out, just take it down to your local autozone or checker autoparts, and they will replace it for you and just reverse these steps to put it back in :) Hope this helps,

You have to drain the radiator then remove the two bolts on the top flange of the top hose and under that is the thermostat. See how it is installed so you put the replacement one in correctly.

There is a timing belt on the Lexus ES300 2003.

There are three O2 sensors. Bank 1 Bank 2 and a down stream one. Make sure your changing the right one. Get an O2 sensor socket. After your rx is cooled down, spray penetrating oil on the threads of the bad sensor, let it soak, go inside and have lunch. When your done eating unclip the harness of the bad sensor. Use your O2 socket and turn out the old sensor. Apply anti-sieze to the threads of the new sensor and install it. Plug it back in.

Yes it will, the only difference is that the SC300 is a 6 cyl. and the SC400 is a V8, the body is the same for both.

To replace the parking light bulbs, remove the screw on top of the headlight and pop out the clearance light. The parking light bulb will be accessible after this removal.
