What is the fine for a loud music ticket?
Don't know the actual $$ amount for this, but there was a Florida judge who sentenced those who got ticketed for playing their car radios too loud by forcing them to listen to heavy Opera music (his favorite) for 5 hours in a room of the courthouse. They could not read, sleep or use their cell phones. They had to sit there and listen quietly. Seems like a fair sentencing.

Who is the most famous Cajun chef of all time?
I am proud to say that I grew up in cajun country - Lafayette, Louisiana. My grandmother spoke cajun french, and I was surrounded by incredible food growing up. Food is a lifestyle down in cajun country. Festivals, parties, tailgates, you name it. Point being, much of the great food we all enjoy in cajun country is not "restaurant food" prepared by a "chef." It's the food made by moms, dads, paw paws, "parrains", caterers, the fisherman getting off the boat, the old lady down the street taking care of your cripple grandma, etc. Though people love to dine out here in cajun country, the atmosphere isn't quite like what you might get in a city like New York or Chicago or Seattle or New Orleans where diners go out on a journey to try out a certain chef.
Having said that, I'll offer you up what are probably the three most famous, in no order: Paul Prudhomme, John Folse, and Justin Wilson.
But again, just keep in mind, this does not mean these famous guys are the best. 20+ years in South Louisiana and New Orleans and the best cook I have ever known in my life - BY FAR - is a big ole woman named "Miss Doris" that took care of my grandmother in her final years of life. I would put her food up against any millionaire famous chef.
Thats how things are down here - everyone has their own version of a "Miss Doris". And thats where we go to get our great food. Not the "chefs" - good as they are themselves.
What is the age requirement for dropping out of school in Olive Branch Mississippi?
I believe the age is 15, but anyone who leaves school that early does him or herself an enormous disservice. Education is the one thing that will probably mean the difference between making a good living with a nice quality of life and working at the gas station for life. * The state's age for compulsory education is 17, but the minor must have the permission of parents or legal guardian before he or she can be allowed to leave school.

Why did France offer to sell all of Louisiana to the US?
Napoleon sold Louisiana to the U.S. It was a French colony the whole time. Napoleon was using the colony as a base for sugar trading in the Caribbean. He planned to take Santo Domingo to expand his territories in that area, after the planned conquest failed, he sold his U.S colonies having no more use for them. This deal was known as the Louisiana Purchase and it included the area of all and parts of 15 states. He also hoped that the U.S could use the ports at Louisiana to disrupt British interest in the Northern Carribbean.
