Yes and no. Rotary exhaust is normally between 1800F and 2000F. Exhaust components that are not made of thick wall steel will not be able to withstand the heat cycles. Also if you are reading higher than normal EGT temperatures this can mean your engine is out of tune.

It's because rotary motors have an oil injection system. If they don't inject oil to lube the apex seals you motor will self destruct. Just keep an eye on your engine oil level because they are designed to use oil, also, if you plan to run a rotary hard put a pint of 2 cycle oil in your gas from time to time. You'd be doing yourself a favor.

Most plumbers use a soapy liquid to see if bubbles form.

YES if you get a wide band O2 sensor this makes sure you are less likely to blow your motor by having a rich or lean fuel mixture then you can get your boost controller and turn up the boost!... well until you run lean and that will be about 1 psi from the stock 6 psi... then you can get a fuel computer and bring it to around 9 psi... but then you will need something bigger then your stock 550's... so get two 720's and put them in lead (but not trailing...i think) and maybe go to 12 psi... and you can only do all of this safely if you get a wide band O2 sensor!

PS: the stock O2 sensor is a narrow band to do tuning you need a wide band with a proper gauge.

you can put almost any car engine in any decent sized car. but yeah another rotary would be your easiest choice, and wouldn't require any front suspension upgrades

you put 3 flow-master mufflers on it dont worry they all back fire aint it cool

on those the linkage under the car can brake or lose a bolt easy fix if its a manual trans that is . jack up the car a inspect the two long bars that run down the center of the car and check all bolts and bushings on the linkage on the trans and on the shifter.

there's four injectors you have two primary and two secondary , the primary injectors are on the top of engine very visible but the secondary you would have to remove upper intake plenum to get to them ...

There is no such thing as a turbo II convertible. It might have been a turbo II motor swap but its still just a convertible. It will be where the normal convertible fuse boxes are. 1 is under the steering wheel to the left. The second is under the passenger kick pannel. the third is under the hood

check the fuel pressure, and then have someone look at your catalytic converters. Both are common causes of reduced power

In a Wankel engine, all parts rotate in one direction, while in a reciprocating engine, pistons move back and forth

Sounds like a blown fuse or a bad switch. Check the fuse box first.

most common cause of overheating is improper oiling. Check to make sure you have enough oil, and run a 1/2 cup of Marvel Mystery Oil in your gas and see if the heating comes down at all

This is assuming that you already looked at the radiator hoses, waterpump, and thermostat.
