In a Nissan Sentra I had similar problem. Trouble was the steering column mounted on / off switch for the headlamps. Turns out it is a pretty complex switch and the wiring diagram at the dealer revealed that it was connected to the dash lights and other interior lights. About a $75 gamble to see if I had read the diagram correctly, and, praise the Lord, I had. Replacing that turn signal / Headlights on/off switch deal fixed it immediately.
Can you put a 13b rotary in a B2000?
Yes, a 13b can be bolted in fairly easy if you have the transmission for it as well. Remove the tail housing off the rotary transmission and the shifting mechanism. Swap the tail housing and shifting mechanism from your truck onto the rotary transmission. This will allow the tranny to bolt like stock. There is a guy who fabs the engine mount, he sells on eBay and you can find the link on Mazdatruckin.com as well. This mount replaces the cross member under the oil pan and allows the engine to bolt in. The hard part is then installing a better radiator, the oil cooler, and all of the engine management wiring.

What could cause a low battery reading in a Mazda b3000?
Simply check the ground wires for a good tight clean connection. If good, meaning removed and cleaned (good idea) it probably is the battery is close to it's life expectancy or could have a dead cell, or crack plate and not charging up to capacity. Unless the alternator is not charging properly which is would have to be either bench tested at auto zone or advance auto parts for FREE. I suggest taking the vehicle to either parts stores above and have them do a check on the system for free it may indicate if the battery is going bad, or alternator are the issue. If the ground wires are clean and battery terminals are as well and tight are a good idea to do before having the check done. Easy. Note the check does not require removing the battery or alternator a machine is hooked up to do the diagnosis at auto zone or advance auto.

Where is the Mazda B2200 water temp sender?
It is located at the thermostat housing single wire plug and the upper radiator hose goes to the housing to keep it simple.
I would try to turn the engine over by hand to see it it is not locked up, the oil pump might have gone bad and starved it oil, it prob would have overheated before it shut off if that was the prob, there is only a gas safety switch, i dont think that would of shut it down in this case,
Are the valves in a 1989 B2200 adjustable?
Plainly put NO routine adjustment is necessary on the 1989 model.

Did you try disconnecting the positive battery terminal for a minute then reconnecting it? Soemtimes this will reset the computer and the light will go out.

Sounds like the ground for the dash is not good. Check the plug on the back of the instrument cluster is pluged in right.

has new battery and relay. just filled up the gas tank, it turns over and turns over, but wont fire. ends up wearing the battery down. even with a battery charger it wont fire.
How do you remove the bed of a 2000 Mazda b2500?
There are six bolts that have a Torx head (T-50 size) on the floor of the bed. These come out, and the gas cap has to be removed (3 screws around the cap), and the wiring harness that runs along the back edge of the bed has to be disconnected (plug in the middle, just above where the hitch would be). Lift it straight up (overhead cables, ropes, 4 friends, whatever). Watch out for the mud flaps, and the diagonal braces holding the body.

it wont work because the Taurus is a front wheel drive vehicle and im willing to bet your truck is rear wheel drive so it wont work without a LOT of customizing

Is your airbag lamp in a panel beneath the dashboard? (as per my B4000) Does it have a keyslot next to it? (used to switch off passenger side airbag for child safety). Has someone switched it off? (light will come on) Ignition key fits.
Check the switchs normally on the front door jams. I would check the drivers side first. it is normally just a push button switch. Also get a can of wd40 and lube all the doors mechinsems and anything that is metal and moves It seem to fis the door agar light
