What is the best female hormone pill for a transgirl to take and how much does it cost?

Girl-it's such a broad question. unfortunately there's no one answer. if you can afford it, go see an endocrinologist. be safe, its your body.

usually the first steps ( but not always) can be reducing the testosterone in your body.
( "sypro" is a common drug) the thought is that once you start taking female hormones,
a drastically reduced testosterone level will give you maximum results. the female hormones won't be fighting the male ones once they're gone/reduced.

sorry if this answer frustrates you. but it's method that the european's use as well as many U.S. dr's. you can always go black market, get hormones yourself and use at your own risk. i know many girls that do that. but i think it's not a good long term idea.

hormones will tax your liver if not properly monitored. the dosages need to be adjusted all the time. plus there can be unwanted side effects/ risks in certain hormones.

my advice, do it right, once!!
best to you all

Does prenatal vitamins cause you to miss your period?

No prenatal vitamins do not cause you to miss your period - they are vitamins, thus have no influence on your menstrual cycle. Do cows produce blood during menstruation?

Cows DO NOT menstruate. This is solely a human reproductive physiology characteristic, not a bovine reproductive physiology characteristic. Cows have an Estrous cycling period, NOT Menstrual period. During the Metestrus period, a cow (both cows AND heifers) will show a bit of postestrual bleeding caused by the withdrawal of estrogen 2 to 3 days after the cow or heifer goes out of heat. A portion of the lining over the caruncles in the female bovine's uterus become engorged with blood and bleeding from the smaller capillaries may occur. If you didn't see the female in heat, this (the slight bloody discharge) is evidence that she was in heat a few days earlier.

By definition, menstruation is the sloughing of the endometrium in the uterus to the exterior. There is no defined period of sexual receptivity during menstruation, and the timeline for the description of the cycle begins and ends with menses, not ovulation nor estrus. The estrous cycle begins and ends with estrus and/or ovulation; the follicular phase is short and the luteal phase long. The Menstrual cycle begins and ends with the start of menses (sloughing of endometrium). Ovulation occurs in the middle of the cycle. The follicular and luteal phase are the same length.

If you had an early miscarriage 3 weeks ago and had a vaginal ultrasound and the pregnancy was over and now you have bright red blood and mucus is this part of the miscarriage or is it your period?

if this is the only bleed you have had since the miscarriage then it is just your body getting rid of whats left in the womb. bleeding after a miscarriage can and usually does last up to a month so dont worry until it goes on longer than that. The thick red mucus is just the thickened lining of the womb where it thickened to accomodate the baby. try not to worry. a midwife

I started taking birth control pill on March 7. I got my period April 4-9. In the next 10 days I got my period again.During those 10 days I forgot to take one pill. When should I expect my period?
