Kane Modeling school is like any other modeling school: they charge a large amount of money to aspiring models and in return those individuals receive training and learn skills necessary to prepare them for agency representation. However, modeling schools cannot guarantee that anyone will get signed to a top agency, nor can they guarantee that you will be successful in the industry.
Many refer to modeling schools as scams and even though there are other more legitimate ways of entering the modeling industry, there are individuals that have gone on to modeling success as a result of their affiliation with a modeling school. As long as the school states up front that they charge such fees for certain services and do not claim to "guarantee" you agency representation/success, then they are following the law. Anyone who enters a modeling school does so at his/her own risk.
There are a variety of agency types. Modeling agencies in particular serve the purpose of discovering models, signing them to modeling contracts, and finding their talent work. They also assist in giving their models exposure and handle all paperwork and payment arrangements.
It depends on what you mean by "chubby." Plus size models may be larger than regular fashion models but they are still required to maintain strict measurements and a proportional weight range.

They can tell a model's potential from regular snapshots where you aren't wearing makeup or are all dolled up. Also stay away from modeling schools and classes. Agencies train their new models for free after signing them.
