The badly spelled statement seems to be saying "Jews are already taking steps to try to break the [Al Aqsa] mosque in Jerusalem to build the Jews' Temple." This is a common canard used by Muslims to prevent perfectly safe archaeological studies in the Old City of Jerusalem. The Israeli government has no intent of destabilizing the Temple Mount nor has there been any proposal made in any Israeli agency to that affect. There would be no logical reason for Israel to destabilize the Temple Mount from below to get rid of Al-Aqsa Mosque and replace it. If Al-Aqsa were destroyed by this means, the much larger Third Temple would certainly be incapable of being built on such a shaky foundation. If the Israelis intended to remove Al-Aqsa, simple demolition would be much more likely, since that is exactly how Israelis created the Western Wall plaza (blowing up an entire Old City section).
The reason Muslims like to bring this up is to prevent archaeological excavations. This is because many Islamic politicians believe that Israel's legitimacy rests on it being a historical continuation of the Biblical Jewish States. If they can effectively prevent the continued excavation of Jewish artifacts which show a historic Jewish connection to the land, they can more freely issue false statements (such as when the Islamic Waqf claimed that Jews had no historical connection to the Western Wall) without evidence to rebut them. This desire to distort history cannot be justified on its face, so they prefer to say that Israel is taking adverse actions to the Temple Mount.
