On the season premiere Paul brought Paul Jr into his office to write him up for being late again for work. It turned in a really big fight with chairs being thrown, etc. When Paul jr walked outside Paul Sr looked out the door and told him he was fired. Theyinterviewed Paul jr later on in the show and he made the statement that he will no longer be under his dad's thumb, and he was contacting people to start his own business.
