Good question =-) First of all you have to understand the reason and nature of what the original Ghost Dance was... I am sure you have researched all about it and I am sure you have learned why it came to be. I am a Cherokee and I have been researching and trying to learn about this misunderstood and mysterious dance myself. I am also a follower of the Jewish Messiah Yahushua whose name was changed to the more commonly known name of Jesus. After prayer and study I have concluded that Wavoca was given this dance by Him. I believe it is very much like what I have already been doing in our fellowship which is Messianic Dance also called Davidic dance ( Youtube) ..The Hebrews ( Israelites) were doing these kind of circle dances for a very long time. This particular one, from what I conclude is more of a march dance from left to right in slow steps to start with while singing Psalms ( praises ) to our Heavenly Father.. I believe it creates unity , strength and harmony. He said we enter his gates with Thanksgiving and Praise. Specifically , I believe we are to assemble together with other Believers and hold hands in a circle as we dance starting with slow steps from left to right. There should be people of as many diversities as possibly. ( Young, old, male, female, every nation, tribe and tongue)..then we should sing a common praise song. Like ( amazing grace) or something everyone knows and is simple. ( this little light of mine?) and then as we move we should look up and cry out for His Spirit to come and envelope us and help us.. If there are any with special needs we should put them in the middle ( healing etc..) and pray for them and keep moving and singing... I believe that this dance should be done every six weeks for 4 nights in a row and then on the fifth night it should last all night. Afterwords you should bath in a body of water if possible and then go home and repeat again in 6 weeks.. Kathleen Battle was a member of the Metropolitan Opera but got fired because she became greedy and prideful. She got upset at another singer for using her dressing room or I guess she thought it was hers. It was really a shame because she has a gorgeous floating soprano voice. She sang a lot of Gospel music too. Not sure at this time what she is doing career wise.

There seems to be no true sole black male revue in New Jersey but you can find a lot of mixed nationality male revues in New Jersey. For instance the Savage Men Male Revue hosts about six male revues at various male strip clubs in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Savage Men has all 6 male revues 12 months out of the year and probably only about a half hour to hour away from where you live.

There are 3 male revues in New York at the Madison night club Every Fri and Sat from 9-11pm but usually it goes to 12 then you get to party the night away with the 14 or so male strippers, massage hunks and hosts until 4am.

In New Jersey there are 2 male revues, one at Club Abyss in Sayrevill, NJ every Friday from 830pm to 11pm and another male revue in Atlantic City at the Showboat Casino every Friday and Saturday night from 9-12 mid, then also again you can party the night away with the Savage Men male strippers in Atlantic city. They also give $2.00 drinks and massages and lapdances after the show, it really is a rocking time.
