When was the last time you had brake work done? It sounds like the brake rotors cannot dissipate the heat from the heavy braking. If they overheat they can temporarily warp until they cool back down. I see this typically on rotors that were machined (sometimes still within acceptable limits) or from poor quality rotors.

Check the tie rod ends for wear. Have a friend rock the steering wheel side to side in the center and listen for a thunking or slapping noise at the rear of the front tires. Jack up the car in front and rock the wheel side to side (hands at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock) and check for looseness.

One or possibly both of the brake rotors are out of wack and you need to replace them. I had the same problem on my 97 accord. I replaced the passenger side rotor and car is running and braking just fine.

Warped rotors. Get them lathed (Sp?) and don't forget new pads. If you leave the old pads on they'll wear grooves into the new(er) rotors thus making their life shorter and the problem re-arising.

A garage that my cousin had taken his '94 Buick Century to listed that it needed front struts, upper strut mount plates and inner tie rods. But after seeing these other answers here and helpful answers in other auto forums while researching in the mid part of April, 2005, my suspicions were confirmed that the shaking-only-when-braking on his car was caused by front brake rotor warpage (Although, later on, he also started to notice that when he put one finger on the steering wheel while cruising without braking, there was a very slight vibratory movement of the steering wheel...which I had summed up to just commonly being the brake pads resting lightly against the rotors even when no pressure is applied since rotor calipers do not have any type of return spring which would pull the brakes away any further). So just recently (4-21-05), against the "professional's" conclusions and $500.00 estimate (who had listed almost everything else but rotors as the cause), I put on all new front rotors and brakes (a total of about $51.00) and the car then braked beautifully with no vibration whatsoever. You can disconnect any part on any car without having to buy a new part. But if you want it to work again, you may have to buy a new part.

its in limp mode its the brain box for the Tran's and I'm told we cant fix them must get new

the blower resister is no good When our '98 Breeze's blower began to work only on high, we replaced the resister, but it croaked about 2 weeks later. We replaced it 2 more times and the same thing happened. A mechanic told us the blower itselfneeded replacing, and thus, the blower kept burning out the resister. Works fine now. Found ours at a junk yard for $20.

at the bottom of the radiator there is a plug. just twist it out to release the fluid

The neutral switch is located on the left side of the transmission, toward the front of the car, by the radiator. It's black plastic and goes in at an angle on the side of the trans, just above the trans oil pan. Unscrew it and screw in a new one.

The battery is behind the driver side front wheel behind the protective plastic fender well cover. Towards the engine.

Follow upper radiator hose to the engine, it is under that housing.

It is under the plastic covers on the passenger side of the engine, driven by the timing belt.

Take the housing off around the steering wheel, get the Allen key that fits the lock and follow the new instructions on the new lock

Well, Several things can cause that. Ball joints, Strut fork or control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, uneven tire wear, several things... Best to do an overall [Visual] inspection of the entire front end steering, suspension, and alignment system, and replace everything that looks like it's showing any wear. ball joints and bushings in the front and rear of the car are only supposed to last between 30,000 and 90,000 miles, depending on the bushing. After, Once everything is new, a computer alignment should be in order and then everything should be fine.

You may have a bent wheel, defective tire where a steel belt has shifted or broken, worn steering parts, and possibly a defective wheel bearing.

you will not be able to find plymouth fuse box diagrams after 1976 models on the internet. you would have to find a chrysler deal and even they still might not have them

first take the passenger wheel of you will see 2 bolts one on top one on bottom

This will wear out your main breaks (or at least the rear ones) ... as well as lower your mileage.

It is on the driver side of the engine. It is right next to the camshaft sensor below the coolant pipes. It is about 6 inches away from the Throttle body.

If brakes are squeeking and you are low on brake fluid Probably time for new linings or pads, I would check them before just adding brake fluid. Brake fluid resevior should be located on firewall on driver's side
