Check battery connections, i find a lot of corrosion on Renault battery connections. Remove both terminals and prise off the clamps, clean with wire brush and refit. Put your charger on all night then try it. Hope this helps.

HI THERE, WELL I HAD EXACT SAME PROBLEM, AA MAN WAS STUMPED ALSO, ITS BETWEEN THE O/S BULKHEAD AND INNER WING FOLLOW PIPES BACK CAREFULLY FROM DIESEL FILTER IF ITS STICKY HIT WITH BLUNT END OF SCEWDRIVER SOMTIMES ITS ENOUGH TO LET YOU LIMP HOME BUT WILL NEED REPLACED AT EARLIEST OPPERTUNITY NOT SERVICABLE AND VERY EXPENSIVE.

How do you remove the radio out of Renault Scenic?
Put 2 (or 4, depending on the year of your model) skinny screwdrivers in the holes on each side of the radio unit. Then move them away from each other (i.e. left one to the left, right one to the right) and pull out. The unit will now be released and can be removed.
But take care that you know your 4-digit key code before you disconnect the power or you'll have to get a new code if you ever reinstall the original radio.

A few auto dealerships are putting their own drain plug in cars so that people HAVE to take them to the dealer and pay high prices for service. If you think that's what happened to you, take your car to an oil change shop. If they think it's one of those rip-off oil plugs, have them change it. Otherwise, it's probably just a torx or Allen head bolt and you'll just have to get a set to find the right size.

if you are going to fit track rod end you will be better off fittig the track rod as well you will need 17mm 7mm 13mm spaners a good pair of grips undo track rod end ball joint first then take rubber boot off other end then get the grips on the ball joint housing reverse prosedure when putting back on then take it to garage to get tracking set up an hour at the most to do

If it happens when the engine is hot or cold then the chances are you have the same problem as my daughter, cured by changing the air filter and spark plugs, she only drives the car around town so it takes years to reach the service intervals, she will now get it serviced every year.
