How do you avoid stress concentration?
sometimes you could use a stress ball. if it didn't help there are many things you could do : you can lock yourself in your room and forget everything around you. or you could join a yoga class and do the exercises at home. sometimes even singing helps. if the stress goes too far, you could use an old pillow or any pillow and just squeeze it very tight to your chest or hit it, you can even scream into it (so the sound won't be very high). you can bye the thing that boxers use and hit it.
hope these will help.
How do you never get someone mad?
To Never do a thing seems an impossible hope to me.
In a calm way at a calm time, asking them if you can tell them how you feel, might help a little. If they say yes, you can say you are concerned that, although you don't want them to get 'mad' with you, that sometimes it just happens before you realise it will.
Maybe it is not you that is getting the someone 'mad' in the first place, but they are anxious about something else but it is your behavior that they actually complain about.
It is probably best to talk about how you feel with an adult that you are sure it is safe to trust with your feelings.

Cannon and sealy response explanations of the physiological stress response?
Cannon and Selye both contributed significantly to our understanding of the physiological stress response. Walter Cannon introduced the concept of the "fight or flight" response, emphasizing the role of the sympathetic nervous system and adrenaline in preparing the body to react to perceived threats. Hans Selye expanded on this by proposing the General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS), which describes the body's three-stage response to stress: alarm, resistance, and exhaustion. Together, their work highlights both the immediate and prolonged effects of stress on physiological systems.
i'm pretty sure it's imprinting
There are two ways to approach it. I call them the submissive and the conflictive postures.
You have to just tell him calmly that the way he talks to you really bothers you and you feel it is a bit abusive. If he begins to yell and call you names, tell him that is the behavior you are talking about and you don't want to talk to him when he is like that. You really want to talk to him and work it out, but you won't talk to him when he is like that. And you and he can talk more when he calms down. Offer to get counseling with him if you feel he isn't stopping on his own. Sometimes people grow up being verbally abused and don't really know it. Then they verbally abuse, but don't realize it is abusive because it is "normal" to them. Talking to him and telling him how you feel about it may help, but it also may not.

It depends on the material. Most metals obey the maximum distortion energy law in which the shear yield is the tensile yield divided by square root of 3, or 0.577 x tensile yield.
How does meditation help stress management?
If you practice properly and diligently, after a few weeks you will have less difficulty managing stress. (If not, that indicates that you are simply not practicing properly or diligently.) You will soon also experience less emotional instability and agitation. It diminishes emotional stress because it reduces egocentricity and an egocentric evaluation (such as "This is bad for me") is at the heart of every emotion.
As you have less emotional, you will naturally experience less tension, anxiety, and nervousness.
You will also become more accepting of yourself and of others. This often leads to greater intimacy with loved ones. Furthermore, other people will become more attracted to you. Of course, improved interpersonal relations by themselves remove an important cause of stress. Physically, those who master meditation enjoy lowered blood pressure and blood lipid levels. Meditation has a calming influence on the body, which also reduces an important source of stress. Obviously, meditation is very beneficial when it comes to stress management. Furthermore, unlike drug therapy, it is perfectly natural.

Have a licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic inspect it! Or, better yet, have an Authorized Inspector determine if the part needs repair or replacement! Don't fly it until it's been inspected by a licenced, experienced, professional aircraft maintenance person! ===
Crack Propagation === I assume this means you have a crack in the skin of your aircraft. The rate that cracks may grow, wether slow or fast, depends on the hardness of the material and the stress at the leading edge of the crack. Heat-treated and hardened aluminum or steel will be more brittle and therefore the crack will grow faster. High-strength steel, such as on landing gears, may crack but the crack will only grow a few thousandths of an inch before it fails completely.
Is the squeezing together of rocks by stress called shearing?
No, this would be false. It is called compression.
