How can you replace the back light bulbs on a 1991 Toyota Celica?
I assume you mean the tail (brake) lights. Mine is a 1993 Celica, but I think 1991 is the same.
Open the hatchback. On top of the brake light assembly you will see a small square tab. Pop that tab out with a flathead screwdriver. Under the tab you will see a screw. Remove the screw.
Now for the delicate part. At the front of the brake light assembly (on the side of the car) you will notice that the first panel is not a light, but is instead an air vent. It is clipped in. The front (round) edge has two tongues to hold the piece in. The rear (flat) edge has the clip. VERY CAREFULLY lever the rear (flat edge) out. If you aren't careful you will break one of the vents like I did the first time. Once the clip has popped out you can slide the tongues out and the whole vent comes out. Behind the vent you will find two screws. Remove them. The tail light assembly can now be removed. The bulbs can be removed from the rear with a quarter turn. There you go. Paul.
The description is not helpful for a 91 Celica GT. I don't know what is meant by "vents" or "tongues" in the above. At the front of the brake light assembly on the side of the car are more lights - no vents. The screw on the top mentioned in the beginning of the entry is right, but I don't want to risk breaking light covers if this is not the right way to get to the bulbs..
What and where is the heater module in an 88 Celica GT?

What car is faster a Toyota starlet gt 1.3 gt turbo or a Toyota starlet glanza 1.3 turbo?
briefly, Glanza's are the "New ang inproved" version of the starlet. they may sare the same engine size but glanza's are lighter and faster too.
-Rod
Don't believe Rod, Glanza's are heavier and slower, they have identical engines however the Glanza has a CT9b turbo, which i believe has an extra turbine blade supposedly to help boost spool a bit quicker to overcome the weight difference, however the Glanza is definitely heavier and slower than a GT. And Glanzas have boost restriction in 1st and 2nd gears, this can be easily removed however.

Where are all the different fuse boxes on a 1992 Toyota Celica?
Four locations, two inside the car (behind each side triangular kick panel, driver's side and front passenger's side, foot level near the internal firewall) plus the two located under the hood (one on each side, a large one near the battery and air intake, plus a small one located toward the front on the other side as well). A Haynes repair Manual will go into more detail, sometimes these can be found at your local library. Fuse panels are under the hood and under the dash. Ever thought about getting an owners manual? You need an owners manual for more than just finding the fuse boxes. You need it to know when to do scheduled maintenance on certain items. Sources are Dealer, Salvage Yard, and many on-line sources. Type "automobile owners manual" into a search engine. You will find many sources. You may even find an on-line owners manual. GM has these but not sure about Toyota. There is a fuse box on the passenger side on the side panel, there is one under the dash on the drivers side wall, and two under the hood one near the battery and the other on the other side of the engine compartment
How do you turn the engine warning light off on a 2002 daewoo matiz?
Some fault codes which cause the warning light to come on will clear themselves after a certain number of ignition sequences if the fault is no longer occurring. Give it a week or two and the light may clear. Failing that buy a code reader on eBay for about £20. You'll need a OBD II reader. You can clear the codes with it if you want.
Of course you should fix the cause of the fault as well!
May not be so simple . I bought such a reader and it does not give any info .Matiz seems to be a bit of a one off .tread carefully or you will be £20+ worse off and non the wiser. If you do or have cracked it please post type of scanner used.

How do you remove the shift cable on a 2003 Celica?
Changing Shift Cables in 2000-2005 Celica
I recently changed the shift cables in my 2002 Celica GTS with 6 speed and 93,000 miles. I have done a lot of mechanical work in my time, but this has to be the hardest single job I've ever done. It took me 9 hours of concentrated labor, spread out over two weeks, to do the job. It's not impossible, but it's very, very hard. When the car was assembled in the factory, the shift cables were put in first, then all the under dash stuff. To get to the cables, you have to remove much of the under dash, and what's left does not leave you much room to disconnect and remove the cables.
If your Celica quits shifting, it's probably the shift cables, assuming your clutch and transmission are in good shape. Mine quit in the driveway. It worked, then it didn't work. Before ordering new cables from Toyotaparts.com ($350 for the set) make sure it's the cables. Pull the battery, battery box, move stuff out of the way, and check both cable ends where they connect to the transmission. The ends have a plastic guide that sticks out the end of the cable, and that is what breaks. If you broke the cable itself, you are shifting way too hard. There are no shifter stops, so the cable itself acts as the stop, and if you slam the shifter in power shifts, the cable breaks. Don't do that.
Remove the forward heat shield underneath the car, and remove the bolts holding the cables in place. If Toyota had put all the assembly bolts right there on the outside, this job would be much easier. But NO.
Then go inside the car, and remove the center console, and both lower under cover parts of the dash on either side, exposing the equipment inside. Disconnect the cables at the shifter. I disconnected the vertical support bar on the driver's side to get the cables out. To remove the two hold down bolts on the cable plate under the A/C, you will need a 10 mm flat ratchet wrench. I got mine at Advance Auto Parts. When I reassembled the plate, I could only replace one of the two bolts. Do the best you can. There are other brackets holding the cables, so I don't see it as a problem. Reconnect everything, and you're done. Before removing the cables, notice that they cross each other near the transmission, so be sure and notice which cable goes where before you remove them.
Where is the fuel filter located on 2001 Toyota Celica gt?
The fuel filter is located on the drivers side under but close to the air filter and the brake master cylinder.

Where do you find the clutch fluid reservoir on a 1989 Toyota hiace?

Why did my 1991 Celica develope a severe skip after changing plugs wires cap and roto?
The cap and rotor would not be the problem as they are installed in preset position. Therefore the problem lies in one of two other possibilites: (1) SPARK PLUGS: Did you check the gap on the spark plugs? New spark plugs do not always come pre-gapped and it is always a good idea to check them. Spark plugs that are not gapped correctly will "miss" or "skip" and not give good performance. (2) WIRING: When you changed the plug wires, did you ensure you bought the right wires for your application? If the wires are not the right ones, you will get a "miss" or a "skip". Another problem would be the routing of the wires from the plug to the distributor. Did you remove all wires at once and maybe crossed up the order that they fit back on the distributor? Are the wires fit snuggly on the spark plug and the distributor cap?
