So far there is no shred of worthwhile scientific evidence that this has ever happened. There is no proof there are aliens, although I would like to think there are. But someone has to be the first intelligence in the universe and there is no evidence that we are not it. Unless you have a top secret security clearance from the government, you will be arrested, and maybe even shot on sight If you try and enter the top secret military base. I am sure that the people in charge of guarding the base have the right to use Deadly Force on any unauthorized personnel who tries to get in. They might try and shot to wound you in the arm or leg, but, if they miss and kill you, well you should have known better than to try and get in a base with Warning signs posted all around it.

There is absolutely no scientific proof of aliens anywhere, let alone contacting us. It seems likely there may be aliens somewhere out there but that is very different than pretending you have actual proof.
