If a level 2 sonogram at 19 weeks tells you are having a girl what are the odds of it being wrong?
There is a small chance a sonogram is wrong at anytime in determining the sex of the baby, but it rarely happens. You are probably carrying a baby girl.
The ultrasound tech. will usually not tell you the sex if they are not fairly certain.
At this stage there is so much variation in babies sizes that 10 days difference is not important. EDC is based on LMP by the way, it may be adjusted at an early (before 12 weeks) scan, but not at 26 weeks.
Can you move out if you will be 18 in three weeks?
Well, you can do whatever you want. Your parents on the other hand can report you missing or a runaway. If you are found, you will be back w/your parents or put in protective care/teen home until you turn 18. Now, whoever you're moving in with could be charged w/kidnapping if they're over 18. I say, what's the rush. It's expensive to live on your own, and how are you going to pay the bills, let alone eat?

You may notice that there is a difference of about 2 weeks between the length of time your baby has been developing and your 'official' week of pregnancy. We haven't gone crazy; there is a method to our madness!
We actually calculate weeks of pregnancy by counting from the first day of your last menstrual period, which we assume was exactly 40 weeks before your due date. As you don't ovulate (and therefore can't conceive) until approximately two weeks after the start of your menstrual cycle, the length of time that your baby has actually been developing is two weeks less than the number of weeks you have been officially pregnant. This is a method commonly used to calculate EDDs by those in the medical profession, as for most it is usually much easier to recall the first day of your last menstrual period than to know exactly when you ovulated. So, it’s much simpler for everyone to count forward from their last period, although this does mean that technically for the first two official weeks of your pregnancy you weren't actually pregnant - bizarre, but that's why there is a difference.

A fetal pole and heartbeat are signs of a healthy pregnancy at 5 ½ to 6 ½ weeks.
If there is a heartbeat, you have every reason to think you are having a healthy pregnancy. I would suggest maybe there is some miscalculation of the dates and further testing needs to be done; a serum hCG level, with a repeat in 6 days and an ultra-sound repeated in 3 to 7 days, should clear up a lot of questions. At this time the thickening of the endometrium (uterine lining) is evident.After the embryo implants into the endometrium, hCG starts to rise 18 - 7,340 mIU/m is a normal level and it will continue to double every 2 to 3 days. Before an embryo is visible, the yolk sac can be seen inside the gestational sac - late in the 3rd week.
Week 6 Since LMP - (Fetal Age - 4 weeks): A vaginal ultrasound could possibly detect an audible heartbeat at this time. The embryo is about a ½ inch in length.
5 ½ to 6 ½ weeks is usually when either a fetal pole or even a fetal heart beat by vaginal ultrasound is detected. The fetal pole is the first visible sign of a developing embryo. Normal hCG levels are 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml.
Week 8 since LMP - (Fetal Age - 6 weeks):Everything a full grown person has, your embryo now has (in miniature) The bones are beginning to form, and the muscles can contract. The embryo is at the end of the embryonic period and begins the fetal period.
A normal heartbeat at 6-7 weeks would be 90-110 beats per minute. The presence of an embryonic heart beat, is an indication of a healthy pregnancy. hCG levels will run 7,650 - 229,000 mIU/ml at 7 to 8 weeks.
Weeks 9 -13 since LMP - (Fetal Age - 7 to 14 weeks): The fetus has grown to about 3 inches in length and weighs about an ounce. The fetus can make a fist, and the buds for baby teeth appear. The head is nearly half the size of the entire fetus.
The hCG levels will peak at about 8-12 weeks of pregnancy normal levels will run from between 7,650 - 288,000 mIU/ml.
Why ultra sound scan for anomaly done between 18-22weeks of pregnancy?
Most fetuses grow at about the same rate for the first 20 or so weeks. The detailed sonogram is usually performed between 18 to 20 weeks because the doctor or technician is able to see all the organs and is able to compare the fetal anatomy to the normal length/size/etc. The doctor can make sure that the fetus is growing appropriately to his/her gestational age. If there are some abnormalities, there is a chance that they can be corrected at this early stage.
If you've heard the heartbeat at 11 weeks and everything was fine what are the odds of miscarriage?
You should really ask your doctor about this. The doctor would be able to tell you because they know your past pregnancies or misscarriages (if any) as well as how healthy you and the baby are right now. Don't worry. Not most likely. And I bet a little kid would NEVER see that
blood type. My aunt had 3 miscarraiges before she actually found out what the problem was. because she was a 0 blood type and her fetus was not, she would miscarry around the same time that you are. its because a woman (or man) of 0 blood type can not have any other blood type in their system. i would check into that to see if that is the problem. If it is they will give you a shot of some sort to help you keep the baby.
