Can vampires and werewolves date?
As both vampires and werewolves are purely fictitious anything is possible; they could successfully mate with a washing machine or an effervescing luminescent energy bubble. It is all in the mind of the author.
A vampire and a werewolf can mate but the result is a hybrid child that is half-vampire, half-lycan but stronger than both. If a werewolf is the father of a hybrid, then the hybrid is known as werewolf-dominant (Michael Corvin) however, if the father is a vampire then the hybrid is known as vampire-dominant (Marcus Corvinus).
Yes they can but it creates a hybrid species but the fact that the number of chromosomes are the same means that there is no X-dominant or Y-dominant problem and that they can reproduce fine and naturally.
Unfortunately, vampires and werewolves prefer to keep their distance from each other as us werewolves would end up killing our vampire partner. But if Lucian and Sonja can do it, then I think we can too.
Vampires and werewolves do not hate each other nor do they "Keep their distance from each other!" There is no basis for this.
Vampires and werewolves could mate because they are both hominid creatures.

Count Dracula was often up and about during the day.

Yes, vampires go to school to learn English and other things like math, science, social studies, and health. Also... its a easy way to get different kind of blood and some say its even training to not kill humans. So we just go to school to study how and what humans are like.
Yes, vampires go to school. They learn the basics of school (examples: Geography, history, etc.) but the classes are a whole lot harder than humans can take, and they have many more classes. There is Expert self defense class, weapon trainning class, and many more. The students at the supernatural schools usually go out during the night for meals and around 4:30 a.m. go get some sleep and then head off for class.

i personally believe that vampires are just humans that drink human blood, or have an urge to drink it, such as myself, so i consider my self a "real" vampire.

Who would win dragon vs vampire?
As this is a question with no historical evidence, there are several acceptable answers to this question.
Werewolf Victory
A werewolf would win because of its super strength, agility, speed, and stamina. Look at the movies Underworld, Twilight, and Van Helsing. They all include a werewolf whooping a vampire's ass.
Vampire Victory
The strength of a werewolf is entirely dependent on the lunar cycle. Within 2-3 days of the change to being a werewolf (both prior and post) and during the "wolf" period, the werewolf is significantly stronger than the vampire and this seems to to be corroborated by most vampire and werewolf sources. However, this period of strength lasts for around one week per month. During the remainder of the period, the werewolf is reduced to the strength and fortitude of a normal human, ages like a normal human, and can be wounded like a normal human. The vampire, by contrast is continuously in a state of physical prowess, provided he is well-fed, moving more quickly than a normal human, having better reflexes than a normal human, and being more sensitive (stronger sense of smell, sight, etc.) than a normal human. Therefore the contest between the vampire and werewolf, should by the power of odds, be resolved nearly 80% of the time in the vampire's favor and only 20% of the time in werewolf's favor.

Does dimitri end up with rose in spirit bound?
I'm guessing you mean Spirit Bound, the fifth book in the Vampire Academy book series. So I'll answer for that:
No, in Spirit Bound Dimitri is so upset over what he did to Rose in Shadow Kiss that he believes it would be better for them not to be together because he feels so guilty. Although in the end of the book Dimitri does defend Rose and fight off the guardians for her so we know he does still love her even though he's trying to deny it for her sake.
But no, they never officially get back together, although it's quite obvious they both love each other.
Hope I helped.
Why cant vampires drink other vampires blood?
A vampire can survive for a long long time without any nourishment at all. Some vampires have been buried for close to a century before they were disentured and became active. However they are not happy being so deprived, get right freaky in fact. Their physical and mental healthy deteriorates as well, to the point of sever neurosis and rotting. Eventually a deprived vampire will die, so the answer is 'yes' but only after a long long time.
EDIT- Well, if you are talking about Twilight vamps- If they don't get blood than their instinct takes over and attacks the closest thing with a heartbeat. So they can't really die from lack of blood because it's not possible for them to get to that point.
EDIT: It depends on the lore. Starving vampires can have whatever negative repercussions or benefits assigned. In Skyrim, for example, starving vampires grow stronger, but appear less human and will be recognized as monsters. In the Vampire Diaries, vampires desiccate, which causes them pain, renders them helpless, and will eventually mummify them unless they are fed, however, they don't die. In Buffy, vampires possibly become living skeletons. It seems that this didn't mean animated skeletons, but instead, extremely starved creatures, like a holocaust victim, but worse. Starving vampires are weaker and hallucinate. Again, they don't die. In Vampire the Masquerade, vampires will be forced into Torpor, that is to say, they will basically hibernate until enough time has passed and they have "healed." I'm not familiar with any lore that says starving a vampire can kill it to be honest. In most cases it renders them powerless and may render them inactive. Most real vampire lore paints them as blood sucking phantoms rather than tangible. They usually astral project or something of that nature. There isn't any solid lore on starving, because a vampire can't really be stopped from feeding unless killed or incapacitated by other means. I suppose if they accidently wiped out the entire village they may starve, but at that point, it becomes a case of, if a tree falls in the forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? If a vampire is starving, we'd have no way of knowing, because the only way it could starve is if everyone were dead.
The concept of vampires has been inspired by a variety of cultures and folklore throughout history, including Eastern European legends of undead beings, ancient Mesopotamian and Babylonian demons, and writings from authors like John Polidori, Bram Stoker, and Anne Rice. The modern image of vampires as charismatic, immortal beings with a thirst for blood has been shaped by a combination of these influences.

Why do vampires hate churches?
The fear of religious icon was a trait unique to Count Dracula. In life the Count was a member of the Order of the Dragon, a religious order dedicated to defending Christian Europe against the invading (Muslim) Turks. (Dracula means 'Son of the Dragon') The incidences that lead-up to him becoming a vampire turned him from the church but his devotion to Christ remained. He was therefore very conflicted over religion and as an undead vampire couldn't experience any emotional growth over the subject.
Stories of other vampires being conflicted over religion are merely plagiarizing this quirk that was Count Dracula's alone and are not to be taken as factual.
So if you are being molested by a vampire do not count of religious icons to offer you any protection.
-------------------------
The answer above is incorrect. Vlad Tepes (Dracula) was never a member of the Order of the Dragon, that was his father. The elder Vlad was called "Vlad Dracul" (Vlad the Dragon) because of his membership in the order. The younger Vlad was called "Vlad Dracula" (Vlad, the Son of the Dragon) but eventually became better known as "Vlad Tepes" (Vlad the Impaler) because of his favorite form of execution.
Also, the idea of vampires being afraid of the cross is much older than Dracula. The legend of the vampire emerged in Eastern Europe which was a Christian region. The local folklore suggested that Christian symbols were the best defense against any supernatural threat. The cross, holy water, the consecrated host (communion wafer), etc. are all used effectively in the old folklore traditions. While Bram Stoker borrowed these traditions for DRACULA, they had already been in place for centuries.
In the modern era, writers and directors have made changes to this idea depending on what they wanted to do with their story. In the Universal Studios "Dracula" series of movies, the vampire is repelled by the cross. In the Hammer Studios movies even a crude cross (a pair of candlesticky held in a cross shape, for instance) is enough to work. In "The Legend of the Seven Golden Vampires" a statue of a Buddha repels vampires, suggesting that the holy symbols from other religions can be effective.
In Roman Polanski's "Fearless Vampire Killers" the symbols of one religion have no effect on a vampire of a different religion, as one character learns when she tries to repel a Jewish vampire with a cross.
Through the 70s and 80s many vampire stories featured vampires who were immune to the cross. This probably reflected soceitie's changing attitudes about religion. Since the millennium, holy symbols have made a comeback. The most common version, seen in movies like VAN HELSING and TV shows like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" shows the cross burning vampires, though strong vampires can sometimes resist this.
The reason the cross works varies quite a bit. In older versions, the cross is imbued with holiness and purifies the body the vampiric spirit is possessing. In more recent versions (like FRIGHT NIGHT) the cross is a focus for the faith of the person holding it. If the person holding in the cross believes in Christ, it works, otherwise it is useless. Fantasy writer Randall Garrett had an interesting idea in his Lord Darcy stories. He said that the cross's shape allowed it to dispell magical energies. He contrasted this with the ankh, which was able to gather magical energies. In the RPG "Vampire: the Masquerade" only vampires who believe in the power of Christ are affected by a cross.
So, there are a variety of ideas. It all depends on which one you choose to go with.
