you can't draw a fermata on the computer but to draw a fermata on paper you would make a half circle with a dot inside of the half circle

To draw a circle with a compass, first set the distance between the point and the pencil of the compass using a ruler. This distance is the radius. To draw, all you need is something to draw with and something to draw. With whatever writing/drawing utensil, write/draw what you want to draw on a paper (or other things like walls.)
