This is what you can do to remove an interest or activity on Facebook. First you go to your profile page, then click on the box in the top right corner that says Edit Profile. Next you click on the box in the left column that say's Activities and interests. Now click on the show other pages link. When you click it it will show all of your interests in a box. Finally you can delete them. You click on the box that says remove page and it will be removed from you page.
