Becoming a contortionist can be mastered by anyone. Contrary to popular belief, EVERYONE is born with the flexibility needed to be a contortionist, but as you get older and don't use that flexibility, your muscles and ligaments shorten and tighten. However, they can ALWAYS be loosened up again with lots of practice. If you have no flexibility, work on your splits. Try to hyper-extend the middle, left, and right splits. An easy way to stretch the splits is on the wall. Practice your bridges for a more flexible back, and focus on breathing. Some other important skills are breathing and strength. Breathing is so important when you are trying to move your body into strange positions because it keeps the oxygen circulating through your muscles so you get a better stretch. Strength is needed because in some positions you will need to be holding your own body weight, and you can easily injure yourself if you have no muscle. This sounds mean but it is true- it is easier to contort your body when you have less fat on your body, because there is more room for your body to bend. The best way is to set a goal for youself, get a good education/training, and find a good job. You can do this if you try. You can't expect someone to do it for you. I had to put myself through college. It wasn't easy and there were times I wasn't sure I would finish, but I kept at it and did finish. Decide to do something, get going, and do it.

Any kind of career change is going to be good as long as it is going to make you happy (or at least it's benefits). Most people that I know who wants to change fields or jobs are either not happy with their current ones or they just want one who has better benefits (pay)

It depends on what clinical research you are talking about. If you are researching subject material for a physician or other medical professional, it would make great sense. Learning and working as a medical transcriptionist can open many doors for you.

Honestly it depends on how you think what a relationship means. If your younger , say in high school, there are boyfriend and girlfriends who say their in a relationship. So thery're dating. Their still young so their relationship isn't something serious. If you were out of highschool maybe, and were in a dating relationship, it could be taken more serious because with the older age, settling down is more of n option. Then again, there's also a relationship meaning you relate well with someone. For example : me and my younger brother have a strong relationship. That doesnt mean we're dating, it just means we relate and get along well. Actually the origin of the word "relationship" is; "sense of being related," from relation + -ship. Specifically of romantic or sexual relationships.
