Why is the Trojan War called the Trojan War?
Its proper name is the Iliad. In Classical Attic; sometimes it is referred to as the Song of Ilion or Song of Ilium (Ilium and Troas was the archaic and Classical period Greek names that Troy was known by).
The name of the poem, meaning 'of Ilion', is an ellipsis for 'a book on Ilion'. So no one named the poem this way, that was just how the Greeks referred to it (because of its immense popularity, everybody knew which book on Ilion you were talking about). In present form, the name was probably first employed in an extant written text by Herodotus (II, 116 sq.).
The war was sparked by the theft of Helen the wife of Menelaus of Sparta. The main objective contrary to some flawed and biased opinions was to take back Helen and punish the Trojans for their insolence after initial requests for Helen to be returned had been declined.
Sacking cities during the Homeric bronze age archaic time was a method of waging war. It was how they fed their troops and kept up supplies and how the military was 'paid' for their service. 3,000 years ago it was the way things were. These were ancient warrior cultures and can't be judged by modern standards to fit a modern narrative.

If you do not eat breakfast will your brain still work the same way as when you eat breakfast?
Not necessarily. Your brain is an extremely needy organ. The cells in your brain require about 2 times as much energy as that of other cells in your body. Without the fuel that breakfast provides for your brain, you won't be as productive until you eat something. Complex carbohydrates like fruits and vegetables can keep you full for quite a while and provide your brain with the energy it needs to operate as well as it can. Simpler carbohydrates such as sugar also provide energy but not for as long as complex ones do.
The Theban's did not 'conquer' Sparta, nobody did. They defeated them in the Battle of Leuctra, 371 BC (109 years after the Persians failed invasion). Led by Epaminondas, he tactically for the first time ever changed his phalanx. He turned his Phanlanx's weakest point (left side) into it's strongest, allowing his 'stronger' phalanx to clash with Spartan's strong point and a 50 men deep, his phalanx crushed the Spartan's strongest right side. He also staggered the advance of his right phalanx and in doing so by the time his 'strongest' point had broken through and routed the Spartan's strong point his remaining phalanx had advanced to clash with Spartan's, only that the Spartan's were left with no strong point and as the phalanx was broken it failed.
This was the first, last and only time the Spartan's were defeated at full strength and ulitimately led to the entire Spartan demise.
