What can be Demerara granulated and caster?

Demerara sugar is unrefined, usually somewhat coarse but dry sugar. It is not brown sugar, which has clumps together. It is pale golden in color and can be called either raw sugar or turbinado sugar in the States. Caster sugar is a very fine grade granulated sugar, most often used for baking as it causes cakes to rise better, or for putting on fruits and berries as it melts faster. It is sometimes sold as berry sugar.
I recently bought some demerara sugar which was ground up to caster grade. It worked very well and was delicious in a lemon cake.
You can make your own caster sugar by whirling up granulated in a blender.

Is there a certain name for the cooking process of pancakes like how there's frying and baking?

Cooking pancakes would be frying or possibly shallow frying.

More information:

Pancakes are described as cooked "on a griddle," or "in a greased pan." Because only enough oil or grease is used to coat the cooking surface, this is not really "frying." The term for "shallow frying" is "pan frying." "Griddle" is not used as a verb: one does not "griddle" pancakes, one cooks pancakes on the griddle.

When using a Godrej microwave oven combi to bake cookies should it be set on microwave or convection?

If there is no user's guide with the unit, it is suggested strongly that one be gotten from the manufacturer. It may be available as a free download on line, but why not call or e-mail them and ask your question about the correct setting for your oven to do cookies? And then ask about a free download of the owner's guide or a free copy through e-mail? (If they send it, have a clever friend help you recover and open the file attachment should you get stuck.) The information that should get you hooked up with the folks at Godrej can be had by using the link provided. Good luck. Bon appétit!

Can you freeze jiffy corn muffin mix?

Not really. Physically it's doable, but it tastes exactly how you'd imagine - pizza toppings on a cornbread muffin. The "crust" was a little too sweet to pair with the sauce and toppings. Also, it didn't hold together at all. I ate my "slice" with a fork.

How can you use juwar flour?

One use is in Indian cooking to make a dense bread that is cooked on a stovetop, often called rotlo (not to be confused with roti or rotli which is a thin whole wheat bread). The ingredients are simple, juwar or sorghum flour and water. The bread by itself is very bland, but paired with a curry dish, it makes for a hearty, filling and nutrious meal. I found a link below with a recipe: http://chachiskitchen.blogspot.com/2006/12/juwar-ka-rotlo.html

There is no substitute for sugar when making butter-cream frosting. However if you use melted chocolate your frosting will still work, it'll just be a little different.

Butter-cream frosting cannot be made without sugar. Melted chocolate will not produce a butter-cream frosting, but will produce chocolate spread over a cake.
