No. That would be illegal, unless you give the lien holder permission to do so. Which is never, ever in your contract. The only way they can track you through some kind of device would be to give it to you someway, like through the mail, and have you accept it, then carry it with you. They would never go through that trouble though, they would just wait for you to leave. If your car was going to be repossessed, but it was in your garage where they can't legally enter, they would just wait for you to leave, then take it.
They also don't even have the technology to triangulate your cell phone, and for a lot of reasons, like legality, and expenses. They could try working with Law Enforcement, but they probably wouldn't get much help from the Police... If they can't get to it legally, they have to take you to court and sue you. That's the only way.

In some situations, friction is very important and beneficial. There are many things that you could not do without the force of friction.

- Driving car: Your car would not start moving if it wasn't for the friction of the tires against the street. With no friction, the tires would just spin. Likewise, you could not stop without the friction of the brakes and the tires.
- Friction Pen: Inventors have invented useful items like the friction pen/highlighter. You are able to erase the pen/highlighter mark. The problem is that the rubber at the back gets dirty easily.

Friction can cause problems or be a nuisance that you try to minimize.
- Makes movement difficult: Any time you want to move an object, friction can make the job more difficult. Excess friction can make it difficult to slide a box across the floor, ride a bicycle or walk through deep snow. An automobile would not move forward very well unless its friction was not reduced. Or perhaps you've seen an automobile spin its wheels so much that the tires start to smoke. These are examples of friction creating heat energy. Just rub your hands together to create the same effect. Besides the problem of losing energy to heat, there is also the threat of a part overheating due to friction. This can cause damage to a machine.
- Wears things out: Any device that has moving parts can wear out rapidly due to friction. Lubrication is used not only to allow parts to move easier but also to prevent them from wearing out.
