Spouse means your married and thus yes they have alot of rights which a lawyer will usually refresh your memory on. If you mean girlfriend/boyfriend they are not a spouse

I don't know this one. I accepted my ex's friend request on facebook. My current boyfriend wasn't happy about it. The only reason he wasn't happy about it is because after 4 years of dating ( we started dating at the age of 12 ) he said he wanted to take the relationship a bit further. I didn't want to , even though i truly loved him. But he forced himself on me and got me pregnant. My daughter is now 6. But eventually my fiance had to deal with it because it was my daughters father.

Basically, i think you should give it the benefit of the doubt and see how it goes. If conversations between the two become too explicit , explain your worries to her. If she truly loved you , she would listen and understand how you feel about the situation

It's obvious you are a bright individual and a true survivor, but you only got one thing wrong ... you just don't move on. You need to feel the hurt a little more and to grieve a little (not too long though) and then hit that saddle once again and get on with life. NO ONE is worth destroying your life over. For every jerk out there (man/woman) there are 5 that are great individuals. When we share our minds and bodies with someone we think or do love and they don't treat us with the respect we should get, then it darn well hurts. I have come to realize that even bad things that happen to us (love gone wrong) has many lessons for us to learn and it's a learning curve to make us wiser and more independent and self sufficient. I saw a wonderful movie called, "The Diary of a Mad Black Woman" and it is a must-see movie. This young black woman who was married to a rich black man had to be embarrassed and degraded by him when he brought his mistress into the house and literally pulled his wife across the marble floor and threw her out of the mansion and locked the front door on her. Revenge was all she could think of. Her wise old aunt told her this: "Forgive him, because if you can't forgive then he still have control over you." When you forgive someone it doesn't mean you have to like them. You should feel sorry for this person because they haven't learned how to treat another with the respect they deserve and I always say, "the head of the snake will turn around and bite you in the butt" meaning: If you dish out the uglies to others, then you get it back 10 fold and they do! You have the right attitude, but experience what you feel; cry, get angry, kick a door, scream, and then get out and have some fun because there is someone out there that will treat you the way you should be treated. In the divorce documents the fact is made that the union between the married couple is to be dissolved, so unless you want to keep it for nostalgic reasons, then it's ok to discard it. If there are kids involved in this divorce, they may wish to keep it for some reason.

Until he realizes he has a mental disorder and believes he nees help, he will not change. He will not think he is treating you bad. He will believe that you treated him bad and "weren't there for him." He will castigate and malign you to those you mutually know. He may seek you out again as a source of emotional/sexual supply or he will decide to be with another person who will provide what you did or give him even more attention and regard. If he feels he can replace you, he will. Narcissists are emotional vampires--they feed off of the feelings of others and give nothing in return. The only way you could stay in a long term relationship with one is by submlimating your own feelings, needs and desires, and going along with everything the narcissist wants. Again, this only works as long as the narcissist wants it to--if he bores of you or finds a "better" person to supply his needs, he will abandon you. it is still illegal to make a threat over the telephone.If the other person were to contact the police you could be done for threatening behavior.Also if it is done using a mobile phone the police also have the power to have your phone blocked.

Sometimes it due to the fact that they are in a business venture together. Other times it could be for the childrens sake. We have a couple of friends where the husband lives downstairs and the wife lives upstairs. Odd, but it seems to work for the children's sake. Then there could be the possibility that the wife feels afraid and insecure living alone in the house (in this day and age I don't blame her if that's the case.) They could also just be friends and enjoy each others company and each of them may be dating other people and have an understanding between them. Marcy I think a lot of couples feel a lot of pressure when they get married, or they feel like the other person is now "stuck" with them so they can never be sure that s/he still loves them. It is possible this couple was happier when they weren't married yet and decided that being married just wasn't for them.

Shes lying to you about it of course you don't trust her....she isn't behaving like she is trustworthy. You need to aceept that she isn't trustworthy and move on. Dump her she isn't worht your time and effort. You can not reform her so quit it and find a woman who is worth it.

the best you can do is to ignore her IF the said children are her biological children as it is very difficult to cut off the cord no matter the story behind the break up.
