How do you change a fan belt in a Camaro?
You should just have to take a 1/2" ratchet, put it in the tensioner, pull back to release the tension and then slide the belt off. The new one will just slip on. That's if you have a serpentine system. If you have a v-belt system then you'll have to loosen one of the mounting nuts (usually for the AC compressor to release the tension.

distributor located under the water pump. I had to change mine. Usually what happens is as soon as the engine warmed up, it was running like crap.

How do you replace the fuel pump on a 1995 Chevy Camaro?

It's a pretty big job. first you have to relieve fuel system pressure. disconnect negative battery cable. remove the fuel tank. disconnect the fuel feed,return and vapor line from the tank. the fuel pump is inside the tank.remove the 4 or 5 nuts holding the assembly. lift the unit from the tank.( it is very delicate. do NOT bang it against the tank) check the rubber gasket around the opening in the tank. if cracked, dried or deteriorated, replace it.remove the strainer from the fuel pump and clean or replace it. lift locking tabs to release fuel pump cover. disconnect electrical connectors at the pump.disconnect fuel line from the pump. separate fuel pump from assembly. installation is the reverse and reinstall into tank and tank back into car. Don't forget, to drop the tank you will have to take down the muffler or take down the whole exhaust system.

a regular camaro is a v6 has very little performance (compared to ss) ...it is the base model starting pointe....the ss stands fo super sport. and is the top notch model.. with biggger tires , v8 , around 100 horse power more then v6. nicer hood,spoiler,braking system ,and suspension .. factory price from base to ss go 25000 up to 40000 for ss version don't waste money on the base you will regret it later .....exspecialy if u by the base model and stop at a streett light ....and then it happens the ss pulls next to you honks the horn and youre girl gets out of youre ride jumps in the seat of that ss u should have bought and he takes of smoking his tires in front of you screaming looser at you....lol

MY 1994 Z28 and 1997 3800 Camaros Fuel gauge are stuck past the full mark why?
4th gen camaro gas gauges just suck. they are all like that and there is nothing you can really do to improve the problem. the full tank mark is closer to actually being only a half full. the half mark is actually about a quarter of a tank left.
