Where to locate the fuel pump relay on a 1995 Chevy Cheyenne 1500?

If you are standing in the front of the engine, Look on the left top side of the fire wall just over top of the passenger side valve cover but to the left alittle. You will see a black plastic cover that is held on to the fire wall with 3 plastic long nuts, Remove it and look to the far right side were the cover would be and that little black box with electrical conecter hooked to it is the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump fuse is on the far left side.

Where do you add refrigerant on a 2000 Chevy Malibu?

The port is located in a real tight spot between the rear left side of the engine and the firewall. You need to unscrew the plastic cap and use a longer hose then the ones that usually come with the gas. Make sure you wear a long sleeve sweater or something because if the car has been running you could get burned by the engine, alternator etc. It is very tight back there and you will probably lose gas as you try to push the fitting on and off. Better left to a shop that knows what they are doing. No I don't work in a shop nor am I a mechanic. I just charged my car and yes I did get burned and cut and all that. Good Luck!

Do you have to remove the steering column to remove a brake booster from a 1995 Chevy Cheyenne extended cab?

You do have to take the steering column loose and drop it down so you can get your hand up to the small clip that holds the brake booster rod off. But you do not have to take it all the way out. Just drop it down.

How to replace the door handle for 1998 eclipse?

Successfully done on a 98 Eclipse R/S w/o power locks or windows. The replacement exterior door handle typically comes with a new rubber/plastic seal and a new lock cylinder retaining clip.

First, remove the 6 screws holding the interior molding to the door (x2 screws at the hinge, x2 screws at the jam end, x1 screw holding the molding at the interior door handle, x1 screw under a plastic cover in the door well (place to grab when closing door)). Remove the retaining clip from the window handle (if present) and remove the handle.

Gently remove the interior door molding that's held in place by plastic clips. Roll up the window the whole way. Remove the bolt on the jam side of the door adjacent to the handle. This is one of 2 screws that holds the handle on. The other handle is located inside the void within the door. Peal back the plastic barrier on the latch side of the door to gain access to the bolt on the interior side of the door. To remove this bolt, I used vice grips to hold a 1" long 10mm hex bit socket to remove the remaining bolt. Once the bolts are removed, disconnect the x2 connecting rods (x1 for latch, x1 for interior lock switch) and remove the handle.

Remove the lock cylinder from the old handle and install in the replacement handle. Seat the new handle in the door and install the x2 bolts to hold in the handle. Once the handle is secured, reconnect the x2 connecting rods and reinstall the interior door molding, screws and window handle.

What is the fuel pressure for Chevy 307?

Without specific model years, I'll answer this for TBI and Vortec engines. The TBI engine has a max pressure of 13 lbs. The engine runs like crap if it drops below 10. The Vortec runs at 65lbs and starts to stumble if it gets much below 60. 55 seems to be the edge before you have starting issues.

How do you fix Sagging doors on 1995 Chevy truck?

shim the lower door hinges using fender washers. make sure not to completely remove all the bolts at the same time. this will help to keep the door from falling. loosen all the bolts but leave at least one still threaded. you only need to loosen it enough to fit the washer under the hinge. remove the remaining bolts and shim them one at a time.
