You need a flash light and maybe a dental mirror to see the attaching point on the latch itself. The rod slips into the hole at an angle then straighten it up and attach it to the door handle with the plastic clip, it snaps over the rod to hold it in place.

How do you remove the window crank on a 95 Chevy Cheyenne?
There is a c-clipthat holds the crank in place, you just need to push it off and the crank comes off.
I have a 95 I'm having the same trouble with. I've searched numerous forums etc... on how to solve the problem with no specific answer. Hesitation starts just off of idle and ends around 2000 RPM. I have replaced many many things and have maybe narrowed it down to the EGR Valve (not the valve solenoid which I have already replaced). If I disconnect the wire going to the EGR solenoid, to stop the function of the EGR valve, it runs pretty good. But that doesn't mean it's not another problem the ECM is compensating for. Search message boards and you will see this is a common problem among 305 owners. So far no one has found the specific source. Most Common are: EGR Valve, Opti, Coolant temp sensor, IAC sensor, or injectors. It seems as though many differant problems cause the same symptoms. Good luck, and if you find a solution before I do, please let me know. -Dilve

How do you bleed the hydraulic clutch on a 1993 Chevy Cheyenne 1500 pickup?
You may be able to gravity bleed them by opening the bleeder, the reservoir, and letting it sit for a few minutes making sure to keep full level. You can also use a vacuum brake bleeder if you have one. The other method requires two people one to push the clutch pedal and one to open and close the bleeder. Push the pedtal to the floor and hold it there, now open the bleeder to release the pressure, then close. At this time the pedal can be allowed to return. Keep doing this until a only fluid comes out of bleeder. Need more help contact me through my board and I will try to help.

Why is the cruise control not working on a 2001 Civic?
Check the hoses connecting the cruise control (under the hood) are properly connected (and in good condition). The hose that connects the cruise control to the intake manifold is right where your elbow would be when removing the oil filter from above...so if you change your own oil, you may have accidentally bumped the hose off like I did recently.
