How to remove windshield washer pump Chrysler concord?

Take the car apart as you would to get to the front driver headlight. It involves taking out a few screws, headlight, plastic bottom coverlike under the bumper. It has one bolt that ties the plastic to the fender and it is hidden in a hole in the wheel well. You will se a plastic cover, oval in shape about two inchs long to remove. You will need a long extention tow get to the bolt. I found that on my 99 Concorde I just needed to remove bolts on one side of the car to be able to pull the plastic out far enough to expose and remove the front headlight. That exposes the windshield washer tank. three bolts and a coupl of wires and hoses and its out of there. The pump is attached to the tank. It pulls out of a rubber grommet. The hard part is the first part in locating the bolts to remove the plastic bumper if you will. That drove me nuts for awhile but it was an easy task and after that you know how to change the light bulbs too. Tim

How do you change the camshaft position sensor?

Before you change the sensor which is down on the front of the engine you need to see if the magnet is still in place inside the timing chain cover. On our 2000 ford escort zx2 the camshaft position sensor was located right below the oil cap. All it took was a 8mm ratchet. On a dodge neon the sensor is on the trans side of the head and is held on with either 2 or 4 screws. On other vehicles it is held in by one bolt.

What is the average gas mileage for a Chrysler 300?

The gas millage is directly dependent on how you drive the car. If you take off and stop suddenly, you gas millage will run between 15.3 and 17.2 mpg. If you take off and stop slowly and you don't force the car and engine to do a lot of work, i have seen up to 21.2 mpg. Mind you this in on the 1999 to 2004 models. I believe the 2005 to 2007 is about the same though.

Is it possible for an Chrysler 300 Touring Car to emit the smell of urine through the ac-heater vents even if the car's parked in a public lot but always with windows closed?

The air intack on most vehicles is located outside the car, mostly found in the "cowl" area. This is the area between the hood and windshield, usually a vent or similar. I am not familar with the 300, but most cars are set up like this. If the smell only happens on "recirculate" you might check the recirculation intake for your A/C and heater. It is normally located under the dash between the driver and passenger or under the front seats. Some accidents in these areas will cause an odor every time you put on Max A/C, but not (or at least not as noticable) on vent.

Was the slant six motor originally a truck motor?

The SLANT 6 was introduced as the 6 cylinder engine in Chrysler corporation's 1960 automotive year model line. It was used in the compact 1960 Valiant, and the 1960 Dodge Dart. The Dart was a mid sized car. The engine replaced the venerable L head 6 that Chrysler had used since it introduction in 1930. The L head engine in fact continued to be the engine in the truck line for several additonal years. I believe the Slant 6 made it into the Dodge A 100 series of vans and cab forward Pickups, then into the standard pickup in 1963. The Plymouth Full size car line also had the /6 in 1960. Dodge introduced a compact similar to the Valiant know as the Lancer it also had a /6. The engines were available in two displacemets in 1960 the 170 for the Valiant and the 225 for the larger Dodge. The Lancer got both versions by customer selection. Later a 198 cubic inch was introduced as well. An Aluminum blocked version was experimented with but never made it to full production. Some were released unnanounced to the public in random production cars. The aluminum block had head to block sealing porblems which were never corrected satisfactorily for total introduction. So the simple answer is no, the /6 was introduced in cars before trucks. When it made it into trucks it was a very flexable and dependable powerplant in all it applications. It was also used for industrial and marine applications.
