find your fuel pump relay, should be mounted on the left shock tower, middle one, ( I believe, not 100% sure, need to check service manual). If you have an ammeter, you can measure for amp draw of the fuel pump. It should be no more than 4-6 amps. Anything higher or lower means you have a bad fuel pump.

Follow the top hose from the top left of the radiator back to the engine block, where the hose ends attached to a metalic dome (thermostsat housing), held inplace by a pair of 3/8 or 10mm bolts. Remove bolts and take em out of the holes (stops them flying off into the engine in a place where you cant get them back). Lift off the thermostat housing and remove old thermostat after checking which way it sits in place.
Use a clean rag to fill hole while you clean away any residual gasket debris. Fit new thermostat, Use gasket seal on the new supplied gasket replace housing.. and bolt down tight.. refill system with recommended antifreeze and run the engine and check for leaks and top up levels as required..

How do you fill the pump for a convertable top 95 LeBaron?
The pump is located behind the rear seat. I have found the best way to access it is to remove the rear seat and seat back. To do this lift up on the rear seat at the front on both sides and the seat should pop out of the clips that hold it down. next push the seat belt locking clips thru the seat, then remove the bottom seat. The back of the seat has two bolts that hold it on, they are at the bottom of the seat back on each side- remove the bolts and lift up slighyly and the rear seat back will come off. Now the pump is covered with a insulating material simply lift it up and then the cardboard cover. Now you should see the pump, The pump is mounted by four isolators (rubber grommets) you only need to remove the ground wire (one bolt) and then unplug the power wire from the harness (two wires together red and yellow. On the pump there are two hydraulic hoses on either side, unscrew them from the pump. grasp the unit and wiggle it and pop it out of the mounting frame. On the end of the pump there is a rubber plug, use needle nose or plyers to pull the plug off the end- this is your filling hole for fluid- be careful not to dammage the plug- It,s a little hard to pull out - go slow- fill your pump and replace the plug- reinstall. when reinstalling the pump- line up the rubber grommets in the holes and wiggle it, i had to use a small screwdriver to push the rubber back into the holes. You have to remove the transmission pan. Once removed clean the old gasket from the lip of the pan and insall new gasket. you can purchase a gasket and filter kit for under 20.00 at an auto parts stoe ie:Pep Boys,AutoZone. I've had that problem with my lebaron, I usually just start the car let it run for 2 seconds then turn the key (turn the engine off) and then I usually can get it out.

the back of the engine is plugs 1,3,5 from left to right. So the plug closest to the alternator is 1.
The plugs closest to the front of the car are 2,4,6 left to right. So the closest to the transmission is 6.
The cap has 1,3,5 closest to rear of car and 2,4,6 closest to front of car.
The computer automatically adjusts timing so placement of cap doesn't have to be exact.
You simply unscrew it at both ends. Be sure and put some rags or something underneath because a fair amount of hydraulic fluid will come out when you disconnect the line. The system will bleed itself by running the top up and down a couple of times. You'll have to top off the fluid, though. Be sure to check the fluid level with the top up.

Sounds like your transmission dopped into limp mode (only gear 1 and two), that means you have only gear 1 and 2. this can happen, because of wrong signals coming from a faulty speed sensor (on the gearbox) or usually the solenoid or the filters in it are blocked. Replace the solenoid and your tranny will work again like new.
Take care if you let your transmission fluid be changed by incompetent cheap garages (e.g. the official Chrysler ones)... replace the oil by the same type as the old one was.
Dry fill is almost nine quarts.

I recently ran into a problem such as this with a friend's car. It was sent to a garage that performed 5 hrs of trouble-shooting and they weren't able to solve the problem.
It is a 1992 Le Baron, and located underneath / behind the driver's side front wheel, is a small electrical box. Inside is a hardened jelly-coated circuit board. As this is exposed to the elements over time, this unit had jell rot to some degree, and there was a diode that had burnt.
In our case the left-turn signal on the front of the car didn't work, but the aft one did; except it blinked twice as fast as it should.
Solution:

I by-passed the circuit board, and spliced the wire directly to the front blinker. It now works and at the right speed until the replacement board arrives.
