You dont need a diagram.. just trace the route with the eye.. Besides.. if your going to change the alternator belt.. you might as well change all 3 if its on the V6.. Oh.. and is a PIA job..

Remove the back seats. The bottom part is on clips and may take a bit of trickery. Once it's out you'll see 2 bolts holding the back part in. Behind that you'll find a insulation layer. Pull that up and you'll see the motor and a relay switch to the left of it. Test the relay switch first using a multimeter. If its good replace the motor. If you hear the motor turning, but nothing happens the rams probably need fluid. You'll find a rubber plug on the motor, Pull it out and fill it with Type A transmission fluid.

It wasn't a standard feature but if you have one it's on the floor to the front left of the drivers seat.

I have a 1994 Chrysler lebaron convertible GTC the top motor went out I changed the relay which is right beside the top motor. And that did not fix the problem so I got a ice cream bucket and unhooked the two oil lines that attach to the motor which is behind the back seat under the well cover. I put the ends of the oil lines in the ice cream bucket and removed the top motor the a friend and I pushed the top down by hand to push out all the oil from the lines. Now my convertible top is manual. Don't put lines back on motor or it will not work.

Ther is no egr valve on the 2.2 turbo engines. With FI and turbo, there was no need. Some of the earlier carb engines did have egr.

For the 1992 Lebaron Convertable: In-dash speakers are 3 1/2 inches, door speakers are 5 1/4 inches, and the rear seat side panel speakers are 5 1/4 inches. [I found this information on the Crutchfield web site when I was preparing to replace the speakers in my Lebaron. Unzip back. Remove upholstry rings on the two bottom metal rods then slide the rear one half way out to fold it up. Remove rings holding middle metal rod. Push headrest halfway down. Slide a screwdriver up the front of the headrest post to keep the release lever from closing while removing the headrest. It is located behind the front seat foam.

remove engines intake manifold and removal of this pipe should become obvious.

The intake manifold has to be removed. Eight or ten bolts that are hard to reach unless you have the proper tools. You need to remove the air filter housing. Once you get the bolts removed it should pry righ off. The inlet tubes are in two pieces- o-ring fitted together. new o-rings should come with the tube.I replaced mine on a 1995 lebaron gtc. I thought they were corroded, but it ended up being the water pump. I don,t know how the antifreeze found it,s way to that side of the car---but it did. if you know you have a bad tube, after you pull the intake and replace the tube, make sure you put new gaskets onto the manifold. I had antifreeze leaking down from the inlet tube area onto the trans. I had to replace the water pump- big job for a do it yourselfer. good luck rniz

2 reasons why..

1st need to add hydraulic oil to the pump.. which is located in the truck on the upper right side. Easy access is to remove the back seat and body panel

2nd.. has the top been down for any lenght of time.. because if it has then it has shrunk an inch or so.. just get a buddy to help you pull and lock the roof into closed position.. then wet roof so it will stretch again and leave roof closed for a day ot 2

I don't have a solution yet but this is common on these cars.

A faulty muffler will not cause this but a clogged catalytic converter will.

I think you need to take out the back seat and go thru the trunk and turn the latch manully, then check your lock cyc. connection to the latch assembly.

There is no fan belt it is an electric fan. Are you referring to the serpentine belt?
