How many chicken wings do you need to feed 200 people?

It depends on what you have with it, if it is the main course I would have 2- three pieces per person of mixed chicken parts. If it is served as a side with many things. that would also be considered a main like rigatoni or cabbage rolls or such like at a wedding reception then I would have one piece per person and 50 extra pieces. General rule of thumb is about 3 people per lb of meat. But a person is likely to take two wings or leg and thigh some people will take only one breast since it is larger and there is other foods available. So as a main for 100 people I would have in pieces about 250 pieces as a side 150 pieces.

No, you do not need to soak chicken breasts before grilling. Simply wash the chicken pieces off with clean water and pat them dry with paper towels before proceeding with the grilling process.

Tell me about what a chicken catcher does?

" A chicken catchers job is to get chickens from their coop to their desired destination as they cannot be herded. "

I'm sorry, but this is sounding way too innocent. A chicken catchers job is to catch chickens, carry 8 chickens at once (which causes the chickens legs to break) and throw them to be transported to local factories to be produced into store-bought chickens. These chickens are abused, malformed, and mistreated on a daily basis. There ARE better alternatives to catching chickens such as letting the chicken die of natural age.

I must ask, how long did you catch for? as 8 chickens is not very many, I can personally hold 19 chickens in my hands and load them away but i typically throw about 12 at a time this I would say is about average for most team members.

Why must poultry be completely thawed before cooking?

Because any still-frozen inside bits, or thick-meat parts, might not cook completely. You could taste-test your poultry and consider it okay, but you've no way of telling whether some parts haven't reached a safe temperature. Either defrost your poulty completely, or use a meat thermometer to be sure the food is safe. You don't want to risk salmonella, do you? Especially if you have elderly or very young, or immune-impaired people dining with you. You'd never forgive yourself if you were responsible for them becoming ill, possibly dangerously so. Thaw it in cold water for a few hours or for a day or so (depending on weight) in the refrigerator.

What causes a strange taste in chicken?

I don't think chickens have taste buds on their tongue, and probably judge the flavor of something based on smell. Like a dog. If you have ever been around a barnyard or chicken coop you might be able to understand why the chicken might experience a "strange taste". Chicken coops and barnyards really smell bad! Unfortunately it is not possible to ask the chicken why they may be experiencing a "strange taste". In fact it is rather difficult to tell if and when they do, unless you are particularly adept at observing chicken behavior. So until we are able to better communicate with chickens, we may never be completely sure.

Where can you buy live fireflies?

godofinsects.comFamily Lampyridae

Fireflies

Fireflies, also known as "lightning bugs", are beetles belonging to the family Lampyridae. The use of the word "lamp" in their family name aptly illustrates the extraordinary characteristic that elevates fireflies to such a beloved position in the minds of humans. Anyone who has not witnessed a light show put on by fireflies has been deprived of one of the great wonders of the natural world. A firefly's ability to create light stems from a controlled chemical reaction inside the abdomen of the firefly. Luciferin (a highly florescent substance) is combined with Luciferase (an enzyme), ATP (adenosine triphosphate) and oxygen in order to alter the Luciferin molecule so that its excited electrons produce florescent illumination. This "cold light" (containing no ultra violet rays) is used for communication. Fireflies generally flash at dusk and each species has it's own way of communicating using these flashes of light. There are some diurnal species of fireflies but many of them have no ability to produce light. Fireflies in both the Old and New World use flashes of light from their abdomen for communication between the sexes. In the Old World, many fireflies aggregate in species-specific swarms of males that flash in synchronicity. In the New World, this is rare and the males generally fly around and flash over open areas, like fields or forest clearings, searching for a female. Females wait on the ground or on low vegetation and offer the proper response if they see a mate they like. A dialogue of flashes ensues which helps the male locate the female and make sure she's the same species as him. In the New World, this courtship rite has turned dangerous because fireflies in the genus Photurishave learned to imitate the flashes of other species. Using this ability, males of other species that are out seeking mates are lured in close and then captured and eaten. The behavior ofPhoturis is singular and most other species of fireflies either feed on plant fluids and pollens or live off stores of larval fat. The larvae of fireflies are also capable of producing light and are called glow worms. In contrast to the adults, most glow worms are predatory. Many species are associated with moist habitats and a few Asian species are fully aquatic. It has been surmised that glow worms produce light as a warning since many are poisonous. Adults of many species are also poisonous. In some species of fireflies the females are wingless and, in looking just like the larvae (except for their compound eyes), are also called glow worms. In North America, the Rocky Mountains serve as barrier which has kept most light-producing species in the east. For those who live in the western part of the U.S.A., light-producing species can be found if you look but they are limited in distribution due to moisture requirements. These western species are found in close association with moist forests and along the banks of rivers in the more arid regions. · We do not sell live fireflies for release at weddings.

Is Mike Tyson a chicken fake?

This question has nothing with Islam.

Now to TysonAfter being suspended from the National Boxing League, Mike Tyson decided to reinvent his career. He had always had a love for cooking and poultry. So in the late 80's, Tyson began the new super steroid chicken. Many did not receive the chicken very well, considering human blood as a insufficient sauce, and the human flesh stuffing was deemed inappropriate. After months in his basement, only with water and some of his own flesh for food, he finished work on this chicken. He dedicated his piece of art to his childhood mentor Chuck Norris, who helped him defeat "the future robots." What a metaphor. Or is it? Don't give into the robot rebellion!
