Those headrests are part of the passive restraint system. They will pop forward in a collision. You have to loosen and pull up on the seat cover to access the electrical plug in the seat back.

UNBOLT THE STRUT FROM THE MOUNING BRACKET AND PULL THE STRUT OUT OF THE CAR. NOW BE CAREFULL ON THIS ONE, YOU HAVE TO GO EITHER RENT OUR BARROW A SPRING COMPRESSOR. HOOK THE SPRING COMPRESSOR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SPRING AND COMPRESS IT FAR ENOUGH THAT YOU CAN GET THE CAP NUT OFF THE TOP. THEN JUST POP OUT THE STRUT. PUT THE NEW STRUT INTO PLACE , REPLACE AND TIGHTEN THE CAP NUT AND THEN UNTORQUE THE SPRING. PUT BACK INTO CAR THE SAME WAY IT CAME OUT. USE TO BE FOREST CITY AUTO WHEN THEY WERE STILL OPEN WOULD DO THE SPRING COMPRESSION AND REPLACEMENT FOR YOU FOR A SMALL FEE ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS GET THEM OUT OF THE CAR. I DONT KNOW IF ANYONE DOES THAT ANYMORE BUT YOU COULD ASK AROUND. GOOD LUCK!!

You need to have the system checked for codes. First hand experience, you can save a lot of money by just simply locating throttle control. Get a picture from Internet and then look next to the air filter housing follow hose down to the aluminum housing located on side of engine easy access use a 5/16 socket to remove the hose and the remove housing, unplug wire harness. You can see that it will be gummed up and not allowing the throttle control to move freely. This is the problem. Purchase a can of B12 Carburator and throttle control spray from your local automotive store. Spray inside of housing and using a rag and small toothbrush clean until it looks new again. Look inside of black mounting bracket and clean any oil that is visible. Remount throttle control. Make sure air filter is clean and inside of filter housing is free of bugs, leaves etc. You will also need to replace the pcv valve located opposite side of top (inside) plastic cover. Takes approx 1 hr. complete. This will save you about 200 to 400 dollars at repair shop. Will cost you approx. 18 to 25 dollars to do it yourself. Especially when dealer wants to sell you a new throttle control when a simple cleaning is all it takes.
