The manual mirrors fold back at highway speeds how do you tighten them. 96 Ram 1500?
You will have to remove the inner door panel with a screwdriver by prying it away from door. It is just held in place with plastic clips. Then remove three 10mm nuts holding your mirror to the door. With mirror removed there are 3 small torqe scres that will need to be removed, then just rotate the plastic cap out of the way and tighted the 4 slighly larger torque bits (I think the are T-25's)Just follow the reverse to put back to gether
i have 97 ram, with the same issue. after many hours of trying i ended up braking the black plastic off from around the base of the mirror. after that i found 3 screws that come in from in side the door, getting the piece of plastic off will not be EZ, but after that there are 4 screws that hold the mirror in place. a litte lock tite and an Allen wrench and you set.

What happen a the throttle position sensor goes bad?
The throttle position sensor, TPS, tells the engine control module,ECM where the throttle blade is. It is the primary way that the ECM knows what you want out of the engine. There is a backup system if the TPS fails, but it is not as efficient as the TPS.
So what does happen. The engine will not be as responsive to the throttle as it should be.
When you accelerate there may be a pause while the ECM realizes what you did. If you let off the of the accelerator the engine may take a few moments to return to idle or may idle rough and have a minor surge. It will ultimately return to idle. The engine will still run, but will be sluggish and lose its pep.

Some tire sizes have their advantages. What are you using the truck for? Some tires or tread designs are only made in specific sizes.
It could be the disc brake covers on the inside of the rotor. One of mine was knocked up against the rotor and made a grindingand rattling sound that got better as I went faster. Worth a look because it's an easy fix if that is the problem! It could also be bad wheel bearings. Does it stop or change when turning? if it does, that would be another vote for bad wheel bearings.
What weight oil for a Dodge Ram 5.7?

5w30 or 5w20, it depends on the year.
I have the same starting problem. It came on gradually and now it to the point I need to do something about it. I believe this is caused by a clogged fuel filter, bad fuel line check valve or bad fuel pump. Regardless they are all located in the gas tank so it doesn't really matter. You can pick up the entire module at about any parts store for 250 to 300 bucks. Requires dropping the fuel tank. The heater not blowing is caused by a clogged heater coil. If you haven't changed the antifreeze in a long time some brands will gel and clog the heater. Try unhooking the lines to the heater coil and flushing it with a garden hose. If little or no water comes out its clogged. If your lucky and have decent water pressure you might be able to unclog it. If not the coil needs to be replaced. Note: unclogging the heater core with a garden hose will often work better if the hose pressure is applied to the heater core output or return line. The heater not blowing as cold as it should could also be caused by low refrigerant in the a/c system, or by a plugged condenser coil in front of the radiator (blowing air or water through it from the engine side may help).

Get to the rear wheel cylinder of a dodge ram truck?
TO get to the wheel cylinder you have to romove the wheel. Then you need to pull of the brake drum. You can make it easier if you take a flat head screwdriver and pry the drum off a little bit to get it started. After pulling the drum off you will see the wheel cylinder at the top pressing against the brake shoes. Undo the 2 bolts on the back and the brake line. You might have to compress the pistons and pull the shoes apart a little bit to wiggle it free. You can also use a hammer to hit the back side of the clylinder to get it out.
