Oysters are filter-feeders. They suck in water and filter out the plankton and detritus to swallow. Then they spit the water back out. (Detritus is dead plant and animal matter.) They also accidentally filter out and collect any poisons that might be in the water. This cleans the water, but is not so good for the oysters. Because these poisons are more likely to be in coastal waters in the summer months, it is usually not safe to eat oysters in the summer time. Oysters have gills and get their oxygen from the water.

Everything would have to be a producer (autotroph) because nothing could eat anything else. Also nothing would be broken down because there are no decomposers so when organisms died they would just pile up on land. The nutrients would never get returned to the soil and the soil would a. be burried so deep it would be difficult to access and b. not have the nutrients needed to survive.
Well, unfortunately, yes. But it depends on what type of animal you happen to be. Flies LOVE poop. Persons unencumbered by a conscious have been known to mix feces with dog food, confident in the knowledge that dogs only digest 40% of their intake. Personally, I wouldn't feed feces to a dog. But that's just me. Others may differ or dither as they prefer.it is edible but if i were you dont eat or you will get really sick or die!!!!!
