the jack position i would assume if no frame would be on the sides where the unibody meets in front of the rear wheel but i am almost certain there is a frame

Follow the directions for installing a 7-way trailer wiring harness found atwww.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx. I usually don't like do-it-yourself projects, but Advance Auto Parts sells a kit with color-coded wires that made it an easy project.

Drain all coolant. Locate the freeze plug nearest to starter; round indent metal piece between exhaust manifold & oil pan on side of block. Remove freeze plug (there are different ways to do this);

1. drill hole, put 1 size larger screw in & yank out with dent puller

2. drill hole, put screw driver in & pry it out

3. hammer/chisel it out

4. pound it into block and retrieve with plyers by turning 90 deg (some do this, but i dont recommend)

Then you insert the heater element and tighten with a wrench. Then you plug power cord into it & run cord to front of vehicle. Use zip/cable ties to secure power cord in several spots. Do no wrap power cord around suspension parts that will move & pull on cord. Its not really hard, just time consuming.

Drop transmission pan. Be carefull. The pan will have fluid in it. There should be a plug you screw out to let the rest of the fluid out. You'll also need a new gasget.

It is in the power distribution box, which is under the master cylinder. Remove the lid and turn it over, and you will see a listing and location of the fuses

Try a jumper from + battery to + coil

Then jump small trigger wire at solenoid to large cable that runs to starter at solenoid MAKE SURE IT IS IN NEUTRAL IF STD.

if I were you I'll check the transmission fluid level, happen to me not to long ago, I have Plymouth grand voyager, run ruff, then could'n go forward or backward, had no or very little transmission fluid. If your transmission fluid is ok, maybe it due to be change, light or dark brown fluid, change it.

IGNORE THE ABOVE - IT HAS NO BEARING ON THIS PROBLEM ON FORD VEHICLES!

Ford has a Technical Service Bulletin on this specific problem. It involves reprogramming the PCM with an update to include a "sludge compensation stategy for the throttle body". It must be done by a dealer, and shouldn't cost more than $30 - $50.

A temporary fix might be to remove the air intake and filter ducts and use carb cleaner inside the throttle body, and a good quality electronics cleaner on the Mass Air Flow sensor.

!!!DO NOT USE CARB CLEANER ON THE MAF SENSOR!!!

The electronics cleaner you use on the MAF sensor must be of the type that leaves no residue behind. A good one, if you can find it, is LPS Industries "CRC Free". There are others.

No guarantees on how well, or how long, this might work, but it's worth a try.

There is no fuel reset switch on a 1999 Camry that can be operated manually. There is an automatic reset switch located near the fuel pump. This is a relay switch. If the fuel pump is shut off, the relay switch might need to be replaced.
