Not too bad.You have to take the dash parts off (plastic trim) you just pull it off and others have screws, its pretty simple just start pullin ( look for screws first) once that's done there are screws that hold the cluster cover in take them out and it should come right off, I cant remember if I took the whole cluster out but if you have too its not that bad, there are plugs behind the cluster just stick your hand behind it and you will feel how it they out.

if is not the windsheild is there a drain over there ?

Your heater core might be clogged or otherwise inoperable. Videos for unclogging a heater core can be found quite easily on Youtube.

It is an orange wire out of the plug in the back of the instrument cluster and it runs to the tank unit

depending on the size of the engine thr i-6 is 4.5 quarts v-8 5.0L is 6 quarts and the v-8 5.9L is about 7.5to 8 quarts

A Ford dealership can replace the key using the VIN located on the dashboard, if keys are available. At present, they are for post year 2000 trucks. ( 15 Apr '10). Mine is '96!

The e4od is electronically controlled.

On drivers side under the back of intake manifold. Big black rubber hose goes under manifold. hard to see but can be found.

The 2008 Ford F-150 is 6 ft. 6.9 in. (78.9 in.)12V front power outlet(s) wide.

My Chilton repair manual shows .054 inch , but check the information sticker in the engine compartment located somewhere ahead of the radiator . (Helpfull)

On a 1997 Ford Explorer :

If you open the drivers door , in the END of the dash you will see the

removable plastic fuse panel cover ( the fuses are behind the cover )

Also , in the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine

compartment near the brake fluid reservoir , there are fuses , relays etcetera

I have a 1955 Ford Truck that had the first 239 overhead valve engine (8 cyl) (the older 239 was a flat head). I do know that after alot of research the trucks for 55 came with either a 6 cyl (226) or 8 cyl (239). According to information from Ford. The late model 55 may have had some 272 engines, due to 56 truck soon to be coming out. (septmeber thru december)

I had a '55 "effie" several years back. It had a 272 "Y" block in it, and I was always told that a 292 was an option also.

maybe either a loose bulb or a burnt out onecheck your dimmer switch it may have gone bad

the egr on a 2000 ford ranger is to the right of the air breather - follow to the end and /you will see two 10 m/m nuts that holds it on and then there is a larger bolt on the back side / take off the larger nut off first then the 10 mm bolts / note you may need to spray some pv blaster on all the bolts before taking off any/ take off the larger bolt off first and then the smaller ones also / make sure you clean out port after taking egr off / use round brass brush to clean out port.this will allow your computer to reset off on engin check light/ if it don/t reset go to your local auto zone and they can turn out light.

Location depends on the engine type, IE 2.3, 3.0 or 4.0 liter. The above location is for the 4 liter and possible 3 liter. The 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine location is on the back left side (driver's side).

DEPENDS ON WHAT YEAR. ON THE 1993 EDDIE BAUER 4WD - THE SPEED SENSOR IS PART OF THE SPEEDOMETER CABLE. THE SPEEDOMETER DRIVE GEAR GOES INTO THE TRANSMISSION DRIVEN GEAR (INSIDE TRANNY). THE SENSOR HAS AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTION THAT JUST PLUGS IN AT THE TOP.

If peeling you can scrape it off with a razor blade. Sand the remaining paint with 400 grit. Sand/feather the edges that don't scrape off. "Clean" and add 3 coats (progressively more each time) of Clear. There is an item sold in spray cans called "Peel"at paint shops but it will remove the paint too.

Mine are right handed(standard-clockwise to tighted, ccw to loosen.) it is a 1993 f150 4.9liter with factory ac. It says on top of the fan shround "Caution, fan threads are right handed." I have removed mine and it loosens counter clockwise (standing in front of the vehicle facing front of engine. hope this helps

From the engine compartment you will see the wiring harness bolted to one

end of the PCM as it passes through the firewall ( most of it is " hidden "

behind the glove compartment )

302 351 360 390 460 and an in-line 6 that i dont rember the size, : the straight 6 was 300 cu.

For the Ford 460 cubic inch ( 7.5 liter ) V8 engine :

The firing order is ( 1 - 5 - 4 - 2 - 6 - 3 - 7 - 8 )

The distributor rotor turns COUNTERCLOCKWISE

The marked # 1 position on the distributor cap faces towards the REAR

The engine cylinder locations are numbered :
