You will need to open the cooling system and drain out coolant.Catch the coolant and reuse it or dispose of it properly. Don't let any pets get near the coolant it is very poisenous.
When the engine is cool remove the radiator cap. That will assure the system is not under pressure. Now find the drain valve at the bottom of the radiator and drain out about 1-2 gallons of coolant. If you keep it clean it can be reinstalled later. Remove the two bolts holding the thermostate housing to the engine and tap until the gasket sealer breaks loose. You will find the old thermostate under the housing. Install the new thermostat and reverse the steps above.

On my 93 GMC S-15, I happened to find the horn relay. When looking under driver's side dash board closer in view than fuseblock there, saw this relay just to left of turn signal relay, pulled it out and it said on it, "horn." Wish I had found that a few year's ago when my horn didn't work. That might be a good thing to test or find one at wrecking yard to see if that fixes problem.

Note that the light bulb assembly includes a plug. Simply unplug the entire assembly. Do not attempt to remove the light bulb and try not to touch the new bulb assembly with your hands when replacing it.
