How do you change spark plugs on 1995 GMC Sonoma?
You need tools. Remove the spark plug wire. Fit a long body socket that fits onto the old plug. Turn counterclock-wise until it is out. How you get to them is your problem. Replacing the spark plug wires may be more beneficial and is recommended. The easiest way to do this is to take the front tires off. Turn the steering wheel one way or the other, move the dirt flap above the ball joint and then you can get to them real easy. Works on both sides.
Will a 350 fit in a sonoma with a 4.3 in it?
Yes. You will have to buy adaptive motor mounts in order to install the 350. Your best bet is to get a newer model (1985 and newer) 350 with the oil dipstick on the passenger side of the engine. You can find motor mounts on eBay, but be careful, they are sometimes thin and weak. Advance adapters has one of the thickest sets available. There is also a guy in Crystal Springs, Mississippi, Joe Rocher, who makes the mounts. His slightly move the engine to the passenger side so that your steering shaft has easier clearance. I have converted a few trucks with everything from a 4 cylinder, 2.8 V6 and the 4.3 V6 to small block Chevy's. With the newer model engine, you can use the low performance exhaust manifolds for a 305 and they will clear your frame, and give you leak free exhaust.

How do you change spark plugs in 2001 gmc sonoma sls?
Well, I own a 2001 GMC Sonoma SLS.
And I've Only ever seen the SLS Model to have the 4.3L 262CI V6...
The Spark Plugs are located on the side of the engine block, Kind of snuggled in the exhaust manifold.. The Easiest way to change them, is to just go at them from the wheel well.. (Very easy on my truck, 4in body lift, 6 in suspension)
Idk how easy on a stock truck, other ways to do it.. is to remove fenders or remove stuff from engine compartment to make room for you to work..
Hope that helps.

Freon is odorless, non-flammable, and is not corrosive. It is unlikely that's the source of your discomfort. Moreover, if your central air unit sprang a leak, it wouldn't take long for the freon to discharge completely. Your unit will no longer being cooling. If it's still cooling, even inefficiently, it's definitely not the freon.
Fuel pump noise 97 gmc sonoma?
Try a new fuel filter. Back pressure of a plugging filter can cause it, it doesn't take much sometimes. I had a silverado doing that . Ed
How to change fuel filter on 97 gmc sonoma?
First you have to relieve any fuel line pressure. (The process varies depending on model.) On the MFI engines the system depressurizes upon engine shutoff. Next detach the quick connects by squeezing down on the clips and pulling apart the flexible line on the engine side of the filter. On the tank side you will need two wrenches. One wrench needs to be put on the filter to hold against twisting, the other on the fuel line flare nut. Loosen flare nut carefully as to not strip nut or bend the fuel line. Caution - some fuel will spill out so be prepared with rags and wear eye protection. The last step is to carefully remove the lines in the fuel filter bracket (there are three and they snap in place) and remove the bolt that holds the filter to the frame. Now you can remove old filter and replace with new one. Installation is the reverse of removal. It is a very easy and cheap procedure to preform. I usually change my fuel filters every three oil changes. Hope this helps.

How do you replace the clutch actuator on a 4-cylinder 1996 GMC Sonoma?
Well, first of all, if by clutch actuator, you mean the device that pushes on the clutch plates to engage and disengage the clutch, you are going to have to separate the motor from the transmission. Then you will see where the hydraulic lines come into transmission through the bell housing. At that point you will need to disconnect the lines and pull off the actuator, then replace it with a new one. You will also need to bleed the lines- same concept as bleeding brake lines. make sure that there is enough fluid in the reservoir. This is allot of work, so unless your either very ambitious, or a mechanical minded person, its probably best done by a professional. In order to separate the transmission from the motor, you need to remove the rear drive shaft, and the transmission mounts. its alot of work to tackle, especially if you don't have adequate tools. Hope this helps, Drew
PS if this is not what you meant post it and i will receive a email
How do you adjust the doors on a 1999 GMC Sonoma or S10 truck?
I've worked for GM for over 10 years. Look at your door hinge pins and bushings first, they are probably wore out.
To tell if the pins and bushings are worn out, open the door and lift up on it from the end opposite the hinges. If the door has any play at all the pins/bushings are worn. If you let them go too long the holes in the hinge wear the bushings sit can get wallered out.
