im making my own for a 02 rancher when i get done ill sen you picks and parts list im going to my local hardware store that's all ive seen the man. use is PVC i had a 02 recon ive mad my own on yhat one with the factory air box and a shop vac hose and the facktory installed airt intake it worked great but it burnt up im my house fire

Not sure exact amount, but theres a small bolt on the side of the front & rear end of the chunk, remove it on level ground & if oil starts to flow out then theres plenty in there. If not add until the gear oil runs out

any of you honda atvs or utvs that have a rubber boot on the drive shaft can get water in the engine oil through the smallest of cracks, tears, or holes in the boot. Especially if youre doing extensive travel in mud and water.

If you have water in your oil thats where i'd look first( inspect the drive shaft boot)

The shifting sensor on a Honda Rancher 420 is located on the lower, back side of the motor, to the left of the reverse switch. You must remove the skid plate to access it.
