The '94 Lexus ES300 is indeed OBD-II. The diagnostic port is located in the fuse panel that is just left and below the steering wheel.

Connect a jumper wire between TE1 and E1, switch on the key but don't start, count the engine light flashes. codes are in two numbers for example if your codes shows 23 number, engine light will flash two times first and after 2.5 seconds the it will flash continuously 3 times then the next code will start to flash after 4.5 seconds. count the codes and find the solutions.

the answer is that the transistor is bad there are 3 parts 1 fan motor 2 fan motor resister 3 is the transistor the transistor amplifies the power to the fan on my 95 its next to the gas pedal you will see one one top thats the resister the one just below is the transistor you have to remove the gas pedal to remove it dealer wants $165.00 ebay $44.00 junk yard is where i got mine $6 feel free to call me 240 304 6989

Under the car further towards the passenger side than the tranny plug. It's a 14mm hex nut on the back side of the little tank with the more rounded off edges. Can't miss it. Just take the nut all the way off and let it drain then wipe and replace with new washer or just use the old one if its not deteriorating.

I had the same problem, no radio or blower or heater controls. It was fuse f11, on the top row of the two, nearest the back. It looked ok, but when I changed it anyway, they all worked again. Hope this helps

passenger side in front of the firewall (look right below the middle of the passenger side wiper blade with the hood open and you will see the valve) it is coming up from a silver line that runs parallel with the vehicle to the left of the engine looking from the front of the car towards the back. Or stand on the passwenger side look under the hood further in towards the engine than the wheel well and about 8 inches towards the front of the car. Hope that helps Christy

the owners manual should say where the fuse box is located. Take out the appropriete fuse and replace it if it is broken.

no that fender definitely will not fit but i found out when i changed a wreck fender on my 93 ES300, i went with the fender from the same side of another 93 es300. it worked perfectly like they are all the same in that year. the only difference was the color but after i got it painted i started getting laid again.
