The fuses are located behnd a small panel in the glove box, I believe the circuit breakers are located to right of glove box also

i know the rear window relays are in the trunk, on the backside of the back seat. there are 4 of them.

MANUAL HEADLIGHT MOTOR KNOB ON MOTOR. IT SHOULD BE IN YOUR MANUAL ALSO.

Hi,I have a 1999 Continental and it uses high test

There is a diagram on the hood, to remove the belt look to the left behind the strut tower. There is a tentioner there and you release the tention by moving it with a wrench or socket.

Not a big job at all.

#1.Where the heater lines go into the core on the passengers side under the hood .....(just remove the heater lines) ,

#2. There is a small plate that holds the top of the core in place. 4 Small srews on top (Remove them) Core pulls right out.

..... One of the easiest heater core removals ever.

The only thing that might get in your way is the air cond lines and such , but very easy removal.

My Chiltons manual says that for the Cylinder head bolts the 1st step is 37 ft. lbs. The 2nd step is 45 ft. lbs. The 3rd step is 52 ft. lbs. The 4th step is 59 ft. lbs. I hope this is what you are looking for.

ok, the anti theft system is controlled by the lighting control module and monitors exterior switches for people getting into your vehicle, these switches include the door open (ajar) switches, the door disarm switched, the lock cylinder for the trunk and the anti theft control bracket and switch. if any of these switches is offline or not closed this will cause your horn to periodically sound and the headlamps, parking lamp and courtesy lamps to flash. now, im going to tell you what should happen.

The arming sequence begins when the ignition switch is turned off and a door is

opened. This starts the LED indicator lamp flashing and the system begins the arming sequence. the system monitors the door and lock status, the system arms 30 sec. after

both doors are locked and closed, you can use either the power lock button or a key remote or even the keypad. the arming will disengage if you use the proper way to get in the vehicle, the keypad, lock cylinder, remote control etc. if the hood was open during the entire arming process then its ok

I was looking at the 1996 Lincoln Continental Owner Guide and it doesn't show

anything about it having a cabin air filter from the factory ( P.S. I'm not a

mechanic / technician )

One under the hood on the driver's side, with a flip up lid. Mostly engine and high amperage fuses. One under the dash, driver's side. A little black box. Take the lid off. Oh, and you probably will have to lie on your back looking up to check any of the fuses. Not difficult, but not real comfortable.

you can relieve the pressure by taking out the fuse under the dash, starting the vehicle and wait until it stops,try it again until the vehicle does not start, yo hve now relieved the pressure, if you have done that then you have to go to the power distr. box under the hood and take out the fuse that controls the fuel and repeat above proceedure.

Check the 175 amp mega fuse on the front of the engine compartment fuse panel. Replace this if it is blown. Check for shorts to determine why the fuse is bad to begin with.

The vehicle has to be off the ground preferably on a lift I used two pieces of wire under the hood to hold the radiator in place so it would not drop down suddenly. There is a metal bracket running the length of the bottom of the radiator which actually holds it in place. I can't explain where to begin but your radiator is removed from the bottom of the car. Open the driver's side door. Right behind where the seatbelt bolts to the floor, there is a small, plastic rectangular panel in the interior panel. Slide it toward the back of the car. Inside there is a red button nearest the front of the car. Stick your finger in there an push it to reset the fuel pump.

22'' can fit on 1961-68 Lincoln continentals although in most i don't recommend unless you go through a complete factory overhaul. Completely new brakes, rotars, calipers, shocks, reinforced suspension. Those cars weren't designed for a wheel that size and bigger wheels means it will need more stopping power and more support to operate the usually heavier, larger wheel. Wheel width may require to cutting into frame on thre inside of the wheel well which is usually completely steel and compromises the frame of the car as well as the over all value. To be honest, if you are going to go that big in a classic have a professional do it and spare no expense.
