Are surviving children in the state of Florida responsible for their deceased parents debts as a mortgage loan if the house was left in their will?

The house would have been left subject to the loan. Either the estate has to pay off the loan or sell the house. Once that is done, then the assets can be distributed. One of the children could obtain a loan and buy the house from the estate.

What is the role of government in economic cycle?

There is a divided opinion between the free market(or classical) economists and Keynesian economists in this argument

The Free market economists argue that the government shouldn't have any role whatsoever in interefering with the market and should let the market continues on its normal business cycle.

The Keynesian economoists would argue that the government has a role to "tame" the economic cycles (making less boom and also less recession).

However, economic cycles are a natural occurance in any economic system and can't be destroyed (or doesn't yet has an example of an economic cycle being destroyed.)

Most governments however do interefere with the market (an example would be huge stimulus packages by governments during the global recession of 2008-2009).

Are property set backs grandfathered?

"Grandfathered" generally means that some thing or condition existed before a restriction was established and so it is excused from being subject to it.

In the case of building set backs, those are usually set forth by building codes or subdivision covenants. If a building existed before the building code or subdivision restriction was established the it would not be subject to it. You should call your local building department for more information.

How long could I go to juvi for bribery I'm almost 16 but I want to buy an M rated game and you have to be 17 for that If I bribed them up to a few hundred dollars how long would you be in juvi?

Well first off it depends where you live. I am not to good with laws, but i would guess that you would get 1 week (a friend of mine got a week for shoplifting), assumeing you go to juvi. Remember juvi the seventh layer of hell without fire. if you do go make sure your very large for you age and you can fight very very good. Broken bones are no big deal in juvi and kids get into horrable fights almost everyday. I hope that somewhat answerd your question.

Maybe if you know anyone that is 17 then you could pay them to buy it for you that would be alot easier and you wont go to juvi for that

Speaker # 2: We've worked hard and come a long way to have the option of individuality. To follow the orders of some losers in suits is akin to spitting in the face of your respective deity and/or overlying system of ideals. Rise up and revolt, sir. Heed your conscience and do what's right. It's a little something called "post-conventional morality".
