It all depends on what method of training you'll be using. I've added a related link to a magic training guide. This guide suggests fire strike, fire bolt or high alchemy for f2p and level 6 enchant, high alchemy and mage training area.

Glad you brought this up, as Hollywood is right now. In one brand of the Enchanted or Magical Forest, occult powers DO NOT WORK , ( But wild animals are on the prowl!) sort of like a wildlife refuge but occult powers have NO effect. Not a bad idea if you ask me. Watch out for that Giant Tapir, I never saw anything like except in one zoo on a much smaller scale. Good special effects if nothing else. In reality, there are some depressions where radios and electronic equipment do not function well, if at all, like the oddly misnamed Sonora Valley. Anything but Sonorous!

I haven't seen any practical uses for them. I consider them more a mathematical curiosity.

In all honesty using a magic spell to calm someone down is not just unethical, it is much more work than is necessary.
To create a spell for this you would have to know the reason for the upset, ask for and receive the complete knowledge and permission of the person you are working on/for, study the heavens to find the right time and placement of the moon, gather your appropriate materials, candles, herbs, incantations etc. and then wait for the correct time to perform the spell. Without all of this the spell is doomed to failure and if you fail to get the knowledge and permission you will be in direct violation of the threefold law.
Instead, it is much simpler to be a good friend to the upset person, speak calmingly and reassuringly to them, and if they are agreeable, maybe teach them some basic deep breathing and meditation exercises.

There are magical healing techniques, like energy healing / pranic healing to heal things of this sort. You have to be well versed in the technique before using it for something like this.
Basically, you would have to scan the chakra system to find any anomalies and then balance all of them to make the two flows in balance.

Lemon juice or even milk can be used as ink. When heated by an iron or light bulb, the ink will turn brown. It doesn't necessarily disappear when cooled off again. There are other chemical inks that will fade out with the cooling off, but I don't know their availability to the commercial market.

No. Fiction, by definition, does not exist, and thinking it is real or wanting it to be real does not change that. Your thoughts can only affect reality insofar as they affect your actions, and the effects of your actions are limited by what is possible. Bringing fictional worlds into reality is not possible.
