Why do women have miss carriage?
If they are in a lot of stress or if they walk or run or do any physical work too much.
Most women miscarry in the first trimester and then it' usually due to damages in the embryo/fetus and it would not have survived. It's basically Mother Nature taking care of it.

A PREGNANCY Hcg level of 12 IS LOW AND THEN HAD LOTS OF BLEEDING COULD THIS BE A MISCARRIAGE?
I hate to scare you, but that is a possibility. Bleeding during pregnancy is common, however, large amounts are usually a sign of some sort of complication. While I am not a doctor, I have had 2 miscarriages, both occurring before week 12. Depending on how far along you are, a doctor may be able to confirm a presence or lack of a heartbeat via ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound.
After two miscarriages, I started bleeding again with the third around wk7. I bled for almost 2 months but at 30 weeks I delivered a little girl. So, bleeding does not always leed to miscarriage, but it is a possibility. Go to the doc to ease your mind. Not knowing is torture.

Pregnancy can be a possibility, have a test done asap. also if you have been stressed about becoming pregnant this can sometimes cause pregnancy like symptoms to occure I suggest that you go and talk with your doctor if a test turns up a negative result, Good Luck and God Bless!!!
What does a miscarriage look like if it's one month along and is there very little bleeding?
At one month there is nothing there but very little tissue. Alot of women just experience the same symptoms as a bad period.
What type of check up will a doctor do for miscarriage?
Doctors vary as to what checks they do. The checks that they should do are a combination of the following to ensure a wrong diagnosis is not made. Ultrasound can show if a heartbeat and movements are visible after a certain point. It should not be used on its own. Measurements of hCG will show a fall in levels. It does not matter if the levels are low, but they do need to show an increase. They may also do an internal check to see if the cervix is dilated. Listening for a heartbeat with Doppler or an ear trumpet is not reliable as it can be easily missed in the early stages.
Is it normal to bleed heavily for the first three weeks while on the pill?

Why would someone menstruate two weeks early?
Stress is high on the list. Swimming. Being into sports. Also if you haven't been sexually active and then become so, this can cause imbalance of hormones and you may miss a period or have two in the same month, or a little spotting, but no real period as you usually do. Premenopausal women can have a period one month and not the next, and, of course when a woman (anywhere from 50 plus) can completely stop menstruating.
Would i need an DC if i get miscarriage in 6 week pregnancy?

What is involved in an ultrasound scan?
An imaging ultrasound is a simple, safe and routine procedure using very high frequency (ultrasonic) sound waves to "look inside" the body. Arrange to have the procedure and show up. In the exam room the sonographer will apply a gel to 1) aid in the conduction of the ultrasonic signal from the wand to the skin and 2) lubricate the skin to make it easier to slide the probe around. It doesn't hurt (but the gel may be cold). The ultrasonic probe will be placed on the skin and slid around while the sonographer looks at imaging results. Maneuvering the probe permits different "views" of a given area of interest. The interpretation of the displayed images is the real meat and potatoes of sonography. It is not uncommon for a sonographer to get another medical staffer or a physician to look at image data and assist with interpretation. It's a good procedure, but it has a few limitations. One could ask about them, because a key to getting the most out of the experience is to ask thoughtful questions. If answers are unclear, say so. Some clinics permit bringing along a friend or family member and having that person present. You already know who you want to bring. Someone smart who can help with questions or their answers as well as hold your hand or your coat.
You can get pregnant NOW, it is not still from the miscarriage. If you feel like it, go for it.
Why do men stay out all night long and not call home?
The reason they do this is because they don't have repect for us and want to do just what they want. I wonder how long he would stand for you being out all night long and not calling him. All heck would break lose. My husband did that to me alot and I called him on it. I left the house and went to a freinds and didn't come home until 3 the next evening. When I got home he was mad,and wanted to know just where have you been,I told him when you start telling me where you've been all night then ask me again. He finally stopped it,but he did think I had a boyfriend too. You might check this out and look for signs such as the cell bill and so forth.

What is visible on an ultrasound at 6 weeks?
At 6 wks pregnant, on ultrasound, you can see the gestational sac ( the home of the baby). Unless you have an endovag ultrasound, then you can see a very small fetal pole and a small heart beat. It is very hard to see anything at that early of pregnancy.
There is none to complain to unless she did see a doctor right after the miscarriage. He should then have noticed the left tissue and done a D&C to remove it.
If you mean she had an abortion there is a follow up 2 weeks after to avoid things like this.
