Where is the 02 sensor on a 1992 98 Oldsmobile and how easy is it to replace?
It mounts in the rear manifold at back of motor just after the 3 cylinders piping converges into the single outlet - there will be a silver cover on it and a wire (usually black that comes to a connector about 6 " away. You can use a wrench (about 1" size) or a specific tool to remove it. Do this with engine cold or the threads will risk being damaged. The new sensor comes with special beaded lubricant for thethreads on the O2 sensor. Be sure to use it BUT be careful not to get any on the sensor itself. The job can be bit aggravating but not too terribly difficult.

If your 2001 Regency 3800 is missing when hot, it could be due to several issues, such as a faulty ignition system, a failing fuel pump, or clogged fuel injectors. Heat can exacerbate problems with ignition coils or spark plugs, leading to misfires. Additionally, check for vacuum leaks or issues with the engine's sensors, like the coolant temperature sensor, which can affect engine performance when the engine is warm. A diagnostic scan can help pinpoint the exact cause.

We left the unit unplugged and now it operates as a regular, non-self-closing trunk. The electric release still works fine.

6 or 6 1/2 for door
youll have to measure for urself to be 100% sure, just take the speaker out and measure straight across, speaker sizes go by 1/2" so if it measures something like 3 3/4" it would be a 3 1/2
