Does adding plastic laminate to a rated fire door affect the UL rating label of the door?
Yes. The plastic laminate itself is combustible and flammable and if it is adhering to the steel door it cannot help but affect the doors temperature rating.

If you have a strong sharp knife you can find a slightly green sapling on the ground, with a diameter that comfortably fits your closed hand and gives you a better grip. Make it taller than you. Find one with a short fork on one end, and shave the other end to a sharp point, and if possible, fire harden the point. You do this by burying the pointed end in hot embers for a minute or two, rotating it slowly in your hand.
You also need to know what creatures are venomous in the area. You need to know what plants are edible, or how to test them for edibility, and what animals can be snared and cooked if you anticipate being there a while. You need some kind of shelter from possible adverse weather that may occur during your time in the forest.
You need to know how to signal for help with fire, signal with mirrors, if you happen to have one with you, a cd works like a mirror, signal with flashlights, or makeshift flags.
If possible it's also good to have extra clothes with you in case of a temperature drop. Otherwise know how to insulate your body with natural materials. Also make sure to have a plentiful water source if possible. If you can't do this, know how to collect water in other ways.
If you have little water, eat only a little food. If you have no water eat no food until you find water.

There can be various reasons, some are: * The most common reason would be that there is a venting problem. What should you do if you encounter a mountain lion?
Interacting with mountain lions is very different from dealing with other potential predators like bears. Mountain lions are strictly meat-eaters and skilled hunters, but they are also shy.
The most important thing you can do is prevention. The key preventative measure is to always hike with someone else (the more the merrier) and be noisy while you hike; mountain lions don't want to see people. Never try to run away; it will encourage the lion to run after you and you can't possibly outrun it. If you have a deterrent such as pepper spray, that might be useful if the lion approaches. There may be times when a firearm is useful, but such occurrences would be extremely rare and should be a last resort.
If the mountain lion attacks you, FIGHT BACK. Use anything available to you, such as rocks, knives, or your fists. Try to hit it anyplace that would hurt enough to make it decide you aren't worth trying to eat, such as the eyes. If you try to play dead to deal with a mountain lion, you will be dead.
