There are different names for individuals who predict the future, what they are called depends on the context in which they received their revelation. Here are some of the names in which these people are known.

In 1314bc the Chinese-Japanese sailed to Copan Nicaragua and decided that Thoth (Phoph or Pop) was 16 days earlier (July 1 of 1313bc) so they decided that 1460 years or 365 leap days had passed since 2774bc whose Flood was 3114-3113bc verified as 360 solar leap days before 1626bc being 180 solar days of 744 years back to Peleg's death in 2370bc (360-day Nov 1 new year) and another 180 of 744 years back to 3114bc. From the Dec 25 Christmas of Paopi 17 in 1770bc (7 months after Nimrod died at 500) they deduced that because this date was 2-17-600 (after 2370bc Flood) recorded as Adam's year 2256am (from 4025bc) that it was instead the date of the Flood in 3114bc. This meant that Noah's year 1344 from his birth in 2970bc to 1626bc would now be regarded as from Flood 3114bc to 1770bc. It also meant that the 3744 haab from 1770bc to 1975 AD (2256+3744=6000) would instead end in 630 AD (the whole scheme is only 8 years after all Moslem dates which pivot on 1778bc). However, the Venus Quetzalcoatl is 1458-year and so came in 2006 AD. The 5200-tun is not Venus but ONLY 780-day Mars in 100 cycles of the Marduk Calendar (52x 360 days = 24x 780 day Mars). The 52 is more significant than 13-year Mars because it advances a full quarter season being 51.25 years. Four of these are 208 calendar years as 205 Julian years. That allowed 3744 tun to be 18x 208 tun or 18x 205 Julian = 3690 Julian years. But this math ends 52 years before the 3742 Julian that are 3744 haab. The original tun was 1778bc = 2256am while the original haab was 1770bc =2256am because 600 haab are 608 tun proving that the Flood was caused by asteroid impact that changed the length of the year to current proximity at the Flood and not before nor after it. We can expect the same again in 2012. But population must be at the base of mountains ready to climb at time of asteroid impact, and the rate of water will rise with the moon every 12 hours 20 min by 40-45 feet. It is a rate that is easy to escape even if youre 90 yrs old or crippled. Expect to be on these mountains for a full year. The Worlds' greatest issue, currently, is Global Warming. Global Warming - the direct result of carbon emissions going into the ozone layer and deteriorating it, thereby letting in more of the Sun's harmful rays - is heating up the Earth, rapidly, and melting the polar ice caps, causing the rising sea levels, and more flooding occurring globally. Al Gore says in his film "The Inconvenient Truth," while showing us a map of the world now, and a map of the world in the future when nothing is to be done, that soon, islands are going to flood, then states, and then entire countries. He shows us a future map, with major countries reduced to half their land-mass. The biggest problem in Global Warming, is those who choose not to believe it, or else do not blame it on us, but on Mother Nature. True, nature has accounted for a good deal of Global Warming, but some scientists are exaggerating their point to breaking point, and making graphs showing us 99% water vapour, which causes it, and 1% "alternative gases", which are the fossil fuels on Earth. These graphs have some truth in them, but the figures are not correct, fossil fuels, despite the despute from some scientists, do indeed claim more responsibility than water vapour, which condenses, and falls back to Earth before it can do any major harm to the ozone layer. Nature, as alot of people would say, did give Global Warming a helping hand, and, some would even say Nature started it, it might have, it might not, but, the effect of carbon emissions destroying the atmosphere was discovered in the 19th century, so man is indeed responsible for not making an attempt to stop it before it arrived.
