How do you address a Mormon bishop and his wife?
If you are not a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church), a Mormon bishop will not be offended if you call him by his first name or Mr. (last name). If you would like to, you may address him the way that his congregation would, by calling him Bishop (last name), such as Bishop Johnson.
The same would go for his wife. You may call her by her first name or Mrs. (last name), but you may call her as the congregation would. All women in a Mormon congregation are addressed as Sister (last name).
So, the way a congregation member might address them is "Bishop and Sister Johnson" or "Bishop Johnson and his wife Susan". But they will not be offended if you call them "Joe and Susan" or "Mr. and Mrs. Johnson". Outside of church settings, it is acceptable to use their names and not their religious titles.
If you have some sort of proof, possibly. This is a question for a medical malpractice lawyer.

What is the correct etiquette to address the mayor nz?
If this is a mayor in New Zealand, you would address him or her as "Mayor..." followed by their first and/or last names. Pay attention to how one is introduced to you. In some regions, and at some functions, "The Honourable Mayor...." might be used in an introduction. It may also be used in an address on an envelope. That title of "honourable" is generally not used in conversation though.
You can always call the mayor's secretary and ask what the preferred method is. Don't forget other titles that may be involved, such as Dr., Reverend, Professor, etc... that the mayor prefers.
Not too sure - only he knows why he lied to you however, it could be because he has a criminal past, maybe he's wanted, he could be a compulsive liar, he could be leading a double life there are so many possible scenarios - you will have to find out but be very careful.

How do you get a husband to work on a marriage just as much as the wife does?
One of the key elements in improving a marriage is that you can't make someone want it, meaning if your husband is not working on things it may mean a couple of things.. he may feel as if he is being smothered, or you are not giving him the space to do "his thing" that doesn't mean that "his thing" is a bad thing. Guys sometimes need space. When they feel that they aren't getting that they sometimes shy away from a relationship. It could be that you are trying too hard. In my case I didn't realize just how hard I was trying to be the ideal mate. I was over doing it. I had been with my partner for several years, but that didn't matter. When things started going wrong I started trying to hard to make them right again. Things have a natural way of working themselves out, however there is the course of work it does take to maintain a relationship. I would approach him without making him feel attacked. Making "I" statements. When you approach someone with "you" and statements like with the words "never" and "you always" it tends to make a person feel as though they already have to have their dukes up. Communication is the key, but when things are not in a good place people tend to want to over talk the situation, that can also make a tense situation get so unbearably tense it's not humanly understandable anymore. I have just went thru this situation with my partner the key for us was actually not over talking the situation, being more considerate and giving each other space to be who we fell in love with. Remembering that being in love and loving each other is two different things and nobody is in love with someone all the time. Falling out of love is sooooo common it's natural, it's not bad, and if you talk to people that have been married 60 years they tell you it's supposed to happen. It's natural to want space, and if you want your marriage to work, you should take it. I suggest that you just let some things run their course, but on the things you want him to work on with you, don't push too hard, learn to pick your battles, and not ask him to do anything your not willing to do yourself, and do it first. I'm in no way suggesting that your not a good wife, I'm just letting you know the things that have worked for me. I learned that men have natural reactions to things, reactions that are totally different then women, learn that those differences are ok, celebrate them.. don't resent them, hope things work out. Whit
How should a pastor's wife dress?
In 1 Corinthians 8 & 10 and Romans 14, the apostle Paul establishes a flexible yet demanding principle of being polite toward others' consciences with how one behaves which can be applied to many things over which people disagree theologically. The six verses at the end of the answer offer an adequate summary of this principle.
To apply the principle to how someone dresses, the person should not feel guilty about any part of the outfit, whether because it is a source of pride (such as a status symbol) or because it is too revealing, or some other consideration. Neither of these can be codified as an absolute standard; different people will feel guilty about different things. Whatever they are, they are generally to be avoided. This is the situation which the people avoiding meat were in when Paul gave these instructions.
Additionally, if there is anyone whose conscience would be offended by a thing, that thing is also to be avoided. Some of our attire which we consider perfectly modest would be an outrage in colonial times; if we were living in that time period, that type of clothing would be inappropriate. A woman's primary concern would likely be the men's consciences and their tendency to lust. Although of course a man who really wants to lust can do so anyway, there are certain things which can trigger the emotion.
Because a pastor's wife is on something of a pedestal, expected to be the model woman and generally to meet the entire congregation, the ordinary clothing which is most covering is probably advisable (although slacks are no longer a problem in most settings). This might be a controversial conclusion, and certainly it is a heavy responsibility, but Scripture instructs us to not rock the boat except for the sake of the core of Christianity - the Gospel and the Great Commission.
1 Corinthians 10:23-26 (NKJV)All things are lawful for me, but not all things are helpful; all things are lawful for me, but not all things edify. Let no one seek his own, but each one the other's well-being.Eat whatever is sold in the meat market, asking no questions for conscience' sake; for "the earth is the LORD's, and all its fullness."
If any of those who do not believe invites you to dinner, and you desire to go, eat whatever is set before you, asking no question for conscience' sake. But if anyone says to you, "This was offered to idols," do not eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for conscience' sake; for "the earth isthe LORD's, and all its fullness.
