Protests, Riots and Civil Unrest

When Dam Vinh Hung preformed in the USA, there were many protests that happened. Some of the reasons for these protests were for embarrassing them, and music being played.

Extraordinary powers given to a government in extreme circumstances. Such powers allow them to bypasses normal rules, laws, and requirements of whatever regime they exist in. Such powers are usually used to maintain control in an area during an emergency.

Rebellions were common throughout history, although they sometimes lead to full blown Civil War. A notable example would be the US Revolutionary War, which can be interpreted as a civil war.

Petitions, protests, and rallies are non violent/less aggressive approaches. Look into olive branch petitions. Protests happen all across the middle east (Arab Spring), in the European Union due to the economic crises, and recently in the US Occupy protests. Rallies happened a lot during the cold war, especially in University Campuses. They're just as common today.

The cameras cannot pick up your number plate if you drive close behind a truck therefore a free trip is earned.

If there are no truck unfortunalty you will have to pay, but i found 8 out of 10 times there is a truck for me to travel behind.

these are the things that might happen while riot first people will go mad then buldings will burn down then people will steal TVs then people will use guns and they will also use rocket lunchers and shotguns and m4s and pistol and knifes then too much cars will start to blow without you knowing then people will be too much afraid because of the riot but, do not fear the police will stop riot, really im not kidding this time.

This was "one" (one of many) reasons for young people rebelling back in those days...the war...race riots...college campus riots...draft riots...assassinations...YOUTH REBELLED! Today, people have simply forgotten the past, and are simply repeating history. Today's people are thinking, "Democrat..."; "Republican...", etc. Today is today. Back then, it was "he's a politician..."

This involves a psychological factor of the human mind. People loot places in the midst of pure chaos because they are in a such a state of excitement, anger, etc. To think in ways similar to a criminal, just put yourself in the situation. You are in the middle of a huge mass of people, all who are doing crazy, ridiculous, and illegal things. Cars are on fire, stalled or abandoned in the roads. Broken glass is everywhere. Any police or military personell are in a frantic state, doing everything possible to enforce law. Any law obeying, mild-mannered shopkeepers or what-have-you have fled the area. Whatever you want is your for the taking as long as you have the means to transport it somewhere to store. It's a crazy thing, but it happens.
