The radio fuse for a 2004 Dodge Durango is in the main fuse box. It is almost directly in the middle of the box, right beside of relay cb1.

My car, same make and model as the one in question here, needed a jump; however, the cables got accidentally crossed for a brief second. But, that was long enough to to put radio into shock; thus, putting it into security mode requiring the reset code. No longer having the original books, I searched all over the net for an answer. Here is what I found and how I did it. Final answer first. Look inside the glovebox, there is, as in my case, a little white sticker with 2 sets of numbers, one with 5 numbers, and a longer one (think this is some sort of serial number). Anyway, the short 5-number set, was THE code. If you tried to no avail priot to knowing this, you probably put the radio into an error mode requiring the radio and or the car to be off for at least 30 minutes before it will let you try again. That little label may be somewhere else if not in the glovebox. If you cannot find it, there is another way to retrive it. First you need a serial number or a set of 2 alpha numeric codes. With car and radio off, turn car on, doesnt have to be started, just accesory mode. Then, WHILE HOLDING DOWN the numbers on the radio, 1 and 6, turn the radio on, it will display ONE set, then ANOTHER set of numbers both beginning with a letter. It will repeat them until you turn the radio/car off. Write them down. These 2 'codes' will enable a Honda dealership service center person to retrieve the appropriate code for THAT radion. You will also most likely need the VIN # and possibly name and address of the owner. You may also be able to do this online at THIS Honda website:

If you have 2002 or newer Honda turn the vehicle to the on position. Press the preset buttons 1 and 6 at the same time while turning on the radio. A 10 digit serial number will appear on the radio display. If you have a 2001 or older Honda the serial number is located on the body of the radio unit.

My 02 was doing the same thing. No option in the radio menu. I ended up having to disco the battery for a few seconds to reset the memory. Worked like a charm!

Turn on the lights in your room and it will be obvious. On the Bose Wave Music System clock radio remote there is a + and - button labeled "time." This is how you set the time. Hold either the + button to move the time forward or the - button to set the time backwards. You don't need to push any buttons before you press the + or -. After you have set the time you can press the "alarm time" button to lock in your changed time.

The standard remote does not have a back-light feature. However, if you bought the optional larger remote and try to set the clock in the dark with the back-lit buttons, you won't be able to see the word "time" above the + and - buttons. This is because the word "time" is written on the metal part of the remote, which does not illuminate with the back-lighting feature.

To change from 12 hr to 24 hr (and vice-versa). Turn the system off so only the time is displayed. Hold down the Clock Set button and press the On/Off button. You should see the the time display from 12 to 24 (or 24 to 12).

Usually you must input the security code once all power has been lost to the radio. This is an antitheft/theft deterrent mechanism on the Mitsubishi receivers. If you cannot locate the code in your car's paperwork, then you must get the serial number off of the receiver itself (NOT THE CAR'S VIN NUMBER) and call your local dealership to get the code. Yep... makes it tough. I had to do this. Make sure you write the code in your owner's manual, so the next time it happens you won't have to go through all the work of pulling your receiver out to get its serial number. Hope this helps.

Bandstand was a pop culture experience-- it featured stylishly dressed and attractive teens from the Philadelphia area (where the show was broadcast), doing the latest dances, which is how many of us learned the steps. We fans wanted to be like the folks we saw on Bandstand; they seemed so confident and poised; some were romantically involved too, and we vicariously lived through their relationships. I was among the many young teens who dreamed of one day dancing on the show or meeting Dick Clark himself. Coming home from school and watching American Bandstand was an important part of life in the late 1950s.

No. Except in wartime, radio receiving equipment has never been regulated. Only transmitting equipment is regulated, for the purpose of keeping things orderly enough so that no transmitter will interfere with the signals of another one. Personally, I think some receiving equipment should be regulated, specifically police radar detectors. But that's just my opinion; I could be wrong.
