the wiring diagram for the engine is the same for all one ton chassis of same year van and or truck. depending on your engine eBay sells an aftermarket hei. but beware, it doesn't fit under the dog house very well. biggest problems with dodges is the distributor oiling system gets clogged up with debri and wears out the bushings in the distributor. if you have any shaft play they that could be your main problem. if its just a wiring issue. then just run a hot lead to the ceramic resister block. that's your hot wire starting point. then to coil then into distributor then onto the spark controller on fire wall. 3 hole plug with only two wires. but if you have voltage in and out of the ciramic block. then go to the negative side of coil with test light and crank the motor. the light should flash on and off. if not. more then likely its the block on firewall or the shaft problem. if the shaft gets worn enough to touch the static pick up. it will fry the piece inside.
For a model with the full sized sleeper, 260 - 265 inches is the norm for wheelbase.

First, I'm going to wish you the best of luck, because you're going to need it.
Second, you'll actually need two separate wiring diagrams - the first for the vehicle itself. That'll be made by Dodge. I'm guessing yours probably uses a Tradesman van chassis. Your options for this are either the Chilton or Haynes manuals (which have a simplified wiring diagram), or the factory repair manuals. In the case of the factory repair manuals, you'll have to see if they're still available. You can check Ebay, or, if that fails, you can try your local Dodge dealership and see if they can get it for you. With a vehicle that old, I'm a little doubtful, but you never know what'll turn up.
For the body - even if it's a conversion van - there was another company who did that up. It could be Winnebago, Fleetwood, or a number of other still active or now defunct manufacturers. If the manufacturer is still in business, they'd be the ones to contact. If not, you can try Ebay again.

That depends on mileage and overall condition. I'd recommend you take it to someone who specifically appraises motorhomes.

Check to see if it has an "equalizer" valve that has to be manually reset
An "Equalizer valve?" he must mean the purportionating valve which is what controls the amount of braking power supplied to the front and rear wheels, Usually located right below the master cylinder. there is a small electrical switch on these valves which has a wire coming from it, this valve must be "centered" to get the light to go out if its the reason in the first place but this is usually only necessary if you lost your brakes due to a ruptured brake-line but I wanted to help with the answer that was given above. A repair manual would tell you how to reset that valve/switchzperiodz
The "bolt heads" are located on the inboard side of the caliper. To remove them you will need either a torx head or an allan wrench.

YES. With trans in "N" ,turn transfer case knob all the way past 4LO AND HOLD IT THERE FOR AT LEAST 10 SECONDS. The "N" light will come on. Shift to "R" and "D" for one second each to make sure it is in "N" . Shut off and place shift lever in park. Turn the ignition to LOCK. Refer to owners manual.
When I was asking for ohm values I was realy asking if the sending unit was good.I plugged in the sending unit and had my son turn on the ignition and watch the gas gauge while I cycled the float arm. The gauge reflected the posittion of the float arm so I guess I have a good sending unit. Mine read between 11 and 80 ohms. but the float had a leak so it was full of gas giving me an empty reading always.
